There were 2 guy there that day . They had a very nice attitude l ordered a ten piece the cook who cook that chicken needs a... raise because he cook that chicken the way it supposed 2 be cook .he didn't have all that caked up flour where it's hard to bitinto the chicken. It's not what it used to be. I love Church Chicken , so I have no choice but to go back everytime. The chicken are so dry. I've... just received my order at 3:00 p.m today, Sunday. All the chicken tenders, 5 pieces and side dishes were mixed together. And Idon't remember when was the last time I ate chicken legs because I've never received them in my order anymore. And, please, Ineed my honey biscuits. They never include my honey biscuits. My lil one and I are fans of honey biscuits. So, I paid forextra/upgraded my orders everytime but never seen them anymore. Whoever is managing this place need to do a better job. And, onemore thing. The chicken are covered with burnt/charred little pieces. Read more
This is the worst place for the past 2 days we have been trying to get some chicken. On Sept 4th at 6:41pm all of the employees... were outside smoking and a young lady ran into the building and someone and another employee outside yelled to go to the window.We approached the window the young lady told us they only had white meat. This is a serious problem with our people. Instead ofdoing or making sure they had things together they were outside. This is part of the reason why black people don?t want tosupport their people. I just suggest that whoever owns this restaurant get it together. I love church?s chicken but the serviceneeds a lot of work at this establishment. Read more
I have been eating churches chicken ???? since 1970. I always get two wings two hot peppers and a fanta strawberry drink ????.... On my last trip, I was given the smallest wings in the history of wings. I was disappointed. The wings were huge in the past.You can't get a good deal anymore. Read more
Was going to go in bcuz a big sign said dining room open. Upon closer inspection there was a smaller sign that said closed; not... confusing at all. Add to that the drive thru was just entirely too long and I just went to the next eatery down the road. Read more
Staff were friendly but the drive thru intercom isn't working. So you have to pull around to the window. Additionally, the menu... has changed, so the display in the drive thru is wrong and you find this out at the window. But the guy who took my order waspatient and helpful so it wasn't an overall bad experience. The food was hot and the biscuits were yummy. Read more
Me and my family went to this location to get the feed 6 meal which came up to almost $27. We waited over a hour in line because... they said they were short staffed. We ordered two Mac and cheese and a fry and the 12 pc leg and thigh. When we got to thewindow they said they was out of Mac n cheese.(which would have been nice to know when we ordered)So we had to substitute. Thechicken skin was so hard and so crunchy and little meat on every piece. When we finally got to the meat it was so dry and tough!And there was only a hand full of fries just enough for 1 person.
