My companion wanted some Church's chicken the other night so we pulled into the drive though! I should have known something was... up when a voice came over the speaker and said pull to the window! When I drove around the building there were two cars alreadyahead of me! So we just set there waiting! Came up to drive through.. 1st no greeting 2nd repeated my order 5 times. 3rd came to window had to repeat order twice and... still got it wrong. 4th to much playing from the girl at the window. No one to correct her and no one seemed to be in charge. To much goofing around and not doing the job they are paid to do. Didn't say anything about not having what we ordered until wegot to window very unpleasant and unprofessional her. She handed my food with out my drinks and told me have a good day. Ididn't even pay. But im an honest person so I told her I didn't pay and she just laughed like it was funny. She needs to beretrained or fired. Will not return. Will not recommend . What I do suggest is new management and new employees. Food was nothot and it was just a crazy experience. Never again! ZERO STARS! Read more
It was 3pm on a Sunday and saw that the drive thru was empty so I decided to stop and grab the 3 piece special only to be told... that it will be 40 minutes before they have any available. I then decided to grab a 2 piece white meat instead. I specificallyasked if there was any honey and ketchup available and I was told "yes" until I drive around to pay and pick up my order only tobe told there is NO honey or ketchup in the building whatsoever. One thing I can't STAND is being told inaccurate informationwhich is what I base my decision on when purchasing so in other words you told a BIG LIE! Very unprofessional service. They do not honor online coupons which was ok, however, the food was overcooked and not fresh. When... the fresh chicken was finally served, it did not seem to have seasoning whatsoever and customer service needs a lot of work. I love this location anytime I'm craving churches Chicken I'll B-line to this location. The ladies at the drive-thru are so... professional they're so nice the chickens always so good. I'm talking hot I'm talking extra crispy you can eat that chicken coldyou can heat that churches up in the microwave and it tastes like you just got it. At 11:30ish, you?d think the food would be fresh! Went to grab some lunch and never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered... 3 thighs and a family bomber. Get to work and open the box, the chicken literally crumbled. It was so old and dry, the bombertasted as if they were thrown in a microwave. They were mushy and cold. If i could give no stars i would the drive thru is always packed but they closed the front but got a big sign that says you can... enter and no liability they don?t care about customer service employees sitting down eating just looking at 20 cars in the drivethrough don?t even know why they still open will complain at the top level on Monday morning if short staffed pay more andpeople work Read more
Check your food before you leave cuz they will not give you all you asked for or what you asked for. I ordered the leg and thigh... family meal which has 2 large sides and 2 half gallons of lemonade. I also ordered 2 extra sides. Didn't give me both my extrasides or my lemonade and gave me ALL thighs. Ugh then act like they didn't remember even serving me. I was only gone 10 min.
