I read the reviews and still wanted to check it out for myself. And the reviews are pretty much a really good description of... what to expect at this location. Employees weren?t bad.. they weren?t good either. I would?ve rated at least three stars, butthe fact that the floor was littered with napkins, ice, straws, plastic cutlery, etc. is why it resulted in the two-star rating.This isn?t my first time at this location and I can professionally say it has declined in ?achieving customersatisfaction.? They were in between shifts, so the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time but the server went and got fresh... food and extra workers started to come in to help. She even offered the lady behind me a free drink for waiting. She was realnice and great hospitality. I'll come back just to see her. She reminded me that day that no one is perfect, it's ok to makemistakes. Read more

every single time I come here it?s terrible customer service. my receipt says ?ashley ? the person who checked me out also made... my food so i?ll assume that?s their name although literally the exact same thing happened last time I came in with anotheremployee . come in. I ask for veggies on my tacos she says ?no we don?t have any? refuses to allow me to wait for the nextbatch and also refuses to walk 5 steps to the to go station and get veggies. so sorry just no veggies. next I get to the secondpart I ask for pico de gallo she says no we don?t have any. I say ok. well. i don?t mind waiting for the next batch (cos at thispoint why am I even here if I can?t even eat what I want ) she says no it?s gonna be another 20 minutes before they even makemore. all while the to go station 5 steps away is fully stocked with all the ingredients. I guess the employees are just trainedto say no no no to the customers instead of putting in an extra 5 seconds of work to fulfill an order. it?s crazy cos I was inhere paying with a voucher for a free meal I got because of the last time I came and received terrible service just for it tohappen again. they really care. Ordered through DD. They skimped on ALL ingredients! The bowl had about 10 black beans, a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid... extra for, no sour cream, about 5 pieces of chicken, very little sofritas. I will NEVER order from this location again. Thisis such a disappointment compared to how Chipotle used to be and compared to other locations. I will be contacting DD and maybethis location needs to be removed from their list of options. I?ve lived in Decatur 10 years but this was my first time visiting this Chipotle because there are so many delicious local... restaurants nearby. This will also be my last time visiting. We visited at 5pm on a Wednesday and waited in line 20 minutes. Itdidn?t move for the first 10. Then when we got to the front there were no black beans, no grilled vegetables, no guacamole andjust the last dribbles of chicken. It was the saddest, most disappointing Chipotle bowl I?ve ever had that I still had to payfull price for even though they didn?t half the things I wanted to put on it. Never again. Read more

Had my daughter pick me up a salad. They had no corn salsa, no sour cream, had to find black beans and still didn?t add them.... They had no cheese dip or guacamole and chips. This salad cost ten dollars they could have at least filled it with lettuce. Iasked for a first responder discount because they had no food prepared. They had the food and was set to close in 2 hours andstill said no. That?s fine but at least give me a whole salad with what was left and they didn?t even do that now this has tolast 12 hours. This location is serving kids portions at regular prices. To top it off, you can only order online so you don?t even have a... chance to see how poorly they?re making the bowls. If things are so bad that they are taking online orders only, just shut thislocation down and reallocate resources to another nearby location. It?s an absolute mess inside with SO MANY people waiting fororders and employees throwing them on a shelf (without even calling out names). These bowls aren?t even half filled. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was told to order online when I first came in by a customer not the... employees. I then noticed they were just sitting orders out in the floor area on a shelf. Inspite of having several customerssitting inside the restaurant they never announced any names while placing ready orders out on the shelf on the floor whereanyone could just come in and grab a bag but I placed my orders which included graucamole. I was given an estimate of 6:50 forpickup. At 7:15 I asked to speak to a manager. The lady manager had a very long black unkempt wig with no net covering it. Iasked her about a refund she claimed to not know much but instructed me to go online and got to support. She wasn't much helpand started to make smart remarks about her being tired and wanting to go home and mumbled a few more words while walking off. Iwasn't successful with getting my return. The website wasn't helping much and I got my food a few minutes later. ONLY then was Itold that they were OUT of sauteed VEGGIES and GUACAMOLE and that's an nice upcharge. I was livid by then and the male managerwas much more understanding but my food was still lacking compared to what I'm used to. I still want a refund. I'll never givethis location any more of my business or recommend them my pics reflect the order exactly how it came UNACCEPTABLE Read more
