It was a drive thru. I guess they don't think you are going to look at your food. Bacon was black and therefore it made the... sandwich taste terrible. I tried calling no answer. Bad business. It cost over 7.00 dollars a sandwich. Had them before with oneperson working they were great. What happened with so much staff. I may never come back again. I felt angry. Read more
The food was garbage... I literally threw it in the trash. The hot dog container was open and they dropped the burger right on... top of it. They just tossed everything in the bag. I discarded the entire meal. I would never patronize this business again. Read more
This is a HORRIBLE location. Me and my boyfriend decided to come for a late night snack. We get our order and our spicy chicken... sandwiches aren?t plain as we asked so we let the girl know. The fries were even cold. As he?s doing that I look at his top tohis drink and see something on the inside. It was a fresh WORM stuck to it. Disgusting! Then we ask for a refund and a girl inthe back is yelling ?well make sure you get the food from them?. Ma?am we damn sure don?t want this food after seeing that.Please stay away from this location. The burgers here are amazing. Bravo! However, the Sprite and Coke drink dispensers were both out of syrup and that was very... disappointing. I suspect like most places they are understaffed and noone had time to change them out. The drive thru staff werevery friendly and fast with the food though. Wanted to give 5 stars but having to throw away 7 bucks worth of drinks reallyticked me off. Taste before you leave the window, if you can. Read more
Overcharged me by not giving the combo price, 15 minutes to deliver order with only 1 car ahead when i pulled in. "Double"... cheeseburger with patties so thin and so dried up, they could be drink coasters. Totally inedible. Read more
Customer service was decent and the fries I ordered were hot however for almost $4 for fries I expect the cup to be overflowing... it wasn't even filled to the top. I won't return. Way to expensive for what you get. Good luck checkers. Read more
Worst fast food drive thru experience ever. First, I had to wait about half an hour even though there were only 2 cars in front... of me. Seemed like they had a crew of at least 4 people working. Second, they got my order way wrong: they gave me 2 burgerswith mayo, a small fries, and a 3 piece chicken tenders with the wrong sauce --- when I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers and an 8piece tenders. Finally, they didn't give me a receipt. I won't be going back there when I'm looking for late night food. Edit:I did call the number I was supposed to and explained what happened. They said the manager or someone would call me back - noone ever did. Greedy incompetent franchise. Read more
I don't normally eat here but while I was picking up a order I thought I grab something to snack on. My first order of food... didn't come out to good, and was cold, so I ask for a remake. The young lady that was there was really nice and polite about it???? ???? something I rarely get from Checkers employees. I was so happy with the remake I had to tip the lady. Read more
