I just left this location today, and the African American female at the cash register was very rude to me. Cava is my favorite... restaurant but I?d never come to this one ever again. She treated me very bad when I simply asked ?can I have my sauce on theside?? , she had a very bad attitude it kind of ruined my appetite. First of all, I would like to say that this place is not a bad place when it comes on to food, and when it comes onto keeping... healthy, this place is very great at all the above but today I had an experience that shows that the workers there don?t haveany customer service training at all I stepped into the store, and I would?ve thought that I would?ve been acknowledged forcoming inside, and somebody would agree to meet with the words of hello welcome I?ll be with you in just a moment no oneacknowledged me everyone walked right by me. I did not say anything it took another employee from the back to come off of herbreak I believe to come and serve me at the front where there were three other workers in the back that all saw me standing atthe front, and no one said anything to me at all , on top of that it seemed like the other employees there did not want to treatme for my time of being there. It was only that one female from the back that came out and actually helped me with my order solike I said it is not a bad place when it comes out the food. I just think that the employees there need a little bit more helpand training on customer service. Read more
I love the food. It's fresh and packed with flavor. This location really needs to hire more staff. They are always busy and the... staff looks exhausted. Atleast have two cooks and three line workers and they would have enough energy to have great customerservice to go with the food. Read more
Dinner crowd was good. Server David extremely pleasant...was my first time....service was very good...got mini pita with the... works n rice...cashier gave free chips and water cup....excellent. I will go back and try the grill chicken with theworks...tzazki sauce on point! Read more
I love love love the CAVA Decatur location! Ms Tee and her team are AWESOME! The staff is always friendly and polite. When I ask... for my hot food and cold food in separate containers, it?s never an issue. The food is always fresh and the it makes for greatleftovers! Read more
Beyond delicious 1st time coming here and ai will definitely return. Literally so good Update: Returned again and quality of... food sucked and Customer Service sucked. I can see this location not lasting long. Custom service is beyond rude and act as ifyou annoying asking questions. Read more
