My first time going here and the food was hot and fresh and service was excellent.

Horrible customer service. Waiting at the drive-thur for 10 minutes before Someone even acknowledge I was there. I drove to the... window where I was greeted with my total not even a hello. Food was good this location should work on customer service. Read more
Picked the the ten piece family meal and everything was on point!! Fresh hot fish and hush puppies, green beans and coleslaw... were both awesome and filled to the top!! Also got some cheese sticks that were excellent....Fast and friendly service too!! Read more
I was starting and they were "supposed" to be open according to the hours on the door. Well, they were not open and three of us... were in the drive thru waiting. ???? Finally 10 to 15 minutes later they took my order and behaved like I was inconveniening them. I explained that I was going by their hours on the door. Well, low and behold I was asked to pull up and they would bringmy kids meal to me. Smh. ???? The two cars behind me did not have to wait at all. Salmon dry from over cooking. Rice was too hard to chew. Needed price on premium vegetables to know I was paying extra for fried... okra. Did not offer me water or any sauces. She did not offer me water, just walked into the kitchen. Insufficient service andlack of manners. When I asked a question the service person should have looked at me to answer. The manager came out anddefended her saying that the service person had a speaking problem. If so, why wasn?t there another person up front. Themanager gave no apologies, just excuses. Three times she told me the vegetable prices were on the card, so I got it and showedit to her. There was not a price listed. She took the card and turned it over where there was a price and said the cleaners musthave turned it around. Still no apology. When I got home, I threw up because the food had upset my stomach. I was awfully disappointed with the service at this Captain D's location. It was around 2-3pm on Wednesday. We had a party of... three. Infamous coupon-two 3 piece for $9.99. Dining in for lunch. We took turns going back to counter asking about our order.We waited over an hour for meals. During our wait, I witnessed at least three orders mixed up from inside to drive thru. Agentleman in the dining area requested to see the manager .I over heard him ask her to just make his experience there betterthan what it was. Not exactly sure what it was she did. Nonetheless, there are plenty captain d franchises around town. Idon't plan to revisit this location. By the way, Please take pride and clean the ladies restroom, dining area and out side thefacility. smh. Read more
