The first time I placed a mobile order pulled up and was told to back my car up to the first window as they were waiting on my... fries. I was also made aware that they have no frozen sodas. I got a sprite and waited. The employee brings me my food and myfries are not hot and unsalted .. what did I wait for? The second time I went just for milkshakes and was made aware thatthey?re not making any at the moment .. I just want consistency across these establishments. Will not patronize again. Read more

Stars reflects the health code inspection grade C. Did't notice until I got to the Drive Thru window because the doors were... locked cause they didn't have any staff. But the man in the window was moving doing 2 peoples jobs. Um not willing to risk itso I won't be back until the health score comes up. Read more
Every single time I have tried to go to this location they say the system has crashed and they can?t take any orders for 15-20... minutes. Place is also so gross. I won?t ever try to come again and will be send a complaint to food and safety. Read more
Slow as ever!!! Even for mobile orders. I honestly could've went to the Burger King in another city ???? . I was asked to hold... before being greeted. Then they had the never to ask me to drive back & come up for it can reset their timer. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE - HEALTH VIOLATIONS! This is what I got when I ordered the burrito this morning from Burger King @ 3542 Memorial... Dr, Decatur, GA 30032. I am so glad that I opened it up to add salsa before I ate this. I am going to complain to the healthdepartment and hopefully you will be shut down. Worst drive-thru ever!!! Very unprofessional!!!! Waited 15 min in line for them to tell me what they're out of, then came to the... window just for me to pull and wait another 5 mins. My fries were disgusting, looks like they had dirty grease or something,but i didn't trust to eat anymore than what i did. I had ordered a Dbl Texas Whopper and only received one patty on my sandwich.Normally i would go back-up there for them to fix the issue, but it looked like they didn't care, and I'm not about to arguewith hoodrats. Just shut the whole place down already!! If I pay 10.00 for a meal I want it fresh especially when I ask for it. I would've... kindly waited. The whole whopper meal was a complete failure today and to get home and see my food was pure disgusting. Nothingwas fresh on it. It was as if someone just threw it together with lots of mayo going everywhere on the burger. I should've takena picture of it y'all. This is my 3rd time and last time going there.
