Normally I go to bk closet to my home but I tried this location farther out and glad I did. The young lady took my order at the... drive thru, allowed me a brief moment to look over menu and took my order with extreme politeness. Her smile and politedemeanor could be heard as she took my order. As I got my food I discovered the young lady was named SHAWANDA. My food was freshhot and accurate. She greeted me with a smile and made several checks to ensure my order was correct. Because of miss shawanda Iwill be making the longer drive and coming to this location from now on. RAW CHICKEN SANDWICHES!!!. Last Thursday we pulled up to the drive thru. They said they weren't taking orders in drive thru to... come into the location. My husband waited 30 minutes for 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 whoppers. I didn't complainbecause I thought at least the food will be hot and fresh. We get home, open the bag and realize they gave us the crispychicken sandwiches instead of what we ordered. My husband bit into the chicken sandwich and it was completely raw on on theinside. I open the other sandwich and it was the exact same. yuck! The whoppers were hot but the tomatoes were mushy like theywere cooked/stewed. I hadn't been in about 6 montths cause there was lots of hair in 2 of the sandwiches we ordered as ifwhoever prepared them had just left the barber's chair. yuck!
