I wish they would fix the food correctly. The cashier doesn't listen. Burger King is no longer "have it your way" your gonna... have whatever they give you. I can?t to this location after a really rough day and wasn?t in the best of moods. When o got there the vibe in the store was... awesome. Everyone was smiling and laughing like they were having a great day...and when they told me I rule I just had to laugh.Their good mood put me in a better mood made me smile at their friendliness. My husband and I went inside and we had a great experience at this location. The cashier was professional and amazingly nice. ... We then noticed that the grade of the restaurant was an A which we was most happy about and we meet the District Manager nameMs. A and she was so so amazing as well because she wanted to make sure all of our needs were met and she listened to us insteadof brushing us off, she genuinely cares and that goes a long way with me. This place needs New management! Never have food or supplies. Takes forever in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. Never... open on time. Don't get orders right. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with my breakfast meal and I got nothing but cream and whenI said that isn't coffee in there she looked at me and said that's how it's made. Now I've had ice coffee plenty of times toknow this looks nothing like it! Coworker went to get mocha iced coffee another time and she got the same results. Common sensenot common! See pics below. I was so disappointed with my order. I'd ordered from the drive thru tonight at 9:14pm. The Whopper and Impossible Whopper was... flat, with little pieces of lettuce, one piece of pickle, mayo, ketchup, and no tomatoes. Both sandwiches were also cold.TheFrench fries was old, they refried them. If I didn't live far, it would've been a big problem at Burger King tonight. Nightshift ought to be a shame of themselves.
