Late shift Indian lady was very impatient when looking at the small printed menu. Could?ve been handled better.
Great during slow times but really crowded during lunch and rush hours. I would recommend for an early breakfast - lunch.
These guys don't understand how to prepare an ice cream cone, and they refuse to accommodate, when asked. My previous visit... though the drive thru resulted in a ball of ice cream rolling off the top of my empty cone, onto the floor of my lap and floor.I pointed it out to them, and they acted like I was crazy for thinking that a cone would be prepared any differently. It's beena couple months, since my last visit. So, I went inside today, and they did the same thing, and just put a ball of ice cream ontop of the cone. When I ask, if they could put some ice cream inside of the cone, they outright refused to, and it was adifferent person preparing it. The point of putting the ice cream inside of the cone is not just about getting more ice cream.It's about the ice cream on top having more surface area to stick to, so it doesn't fall off the cone. Also, if you don't putthe ice cream in the cone, then what was the point of getting a cone? ...just to eat a dry cone after the ice cream is all gone?No. ...just to hold your ice cream, and then throw it away? No. After reading other people's reviews, I think I got the sameolder guy today, but it was a middle aged man, when I went through the drive thru. This establishment appears to be family run. Omg it was late night & pouring rain. Staff was great. More importantly the nuts in the ice cream were fresh & not soft. The... ice cream flavors reminded me of my childhood. That Banana Royale never made it home. #yum Read more
I hope that extremely rude man and lady get fired. I went to pick up a delivery order to get yelled at through the speaker. When... I drove up to the window his attitude got worse. Then when I told him that I couldn't understand what he was saying he told meto leave the drive through and never come back "since I couldn't understand". NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more
Have only used drive thru. Not the best looking esthetically. Parking lot needs repaving and re-marking, and they should clean... up the garbage & debris around building and peeping from the bushes. Ice cream tasted fine, but seemed a bit pricey. Lady whotook our drive-thru order was pleasant. Grateful she offered extra napkins for the granny and me, but now that I think about it,don't think we received our receipt after we paid????. Read more
I ordered Chocolate Mousee Royale through Door Dash, my order was delivered however it was plain chocolate. I called Baskin and... Robbins and the person that answered the phone acted like he did not understand what I was saying then hung up on me. I calledback and they would not answer the phone. I could not go up there because I was at work, I called several times and no answer.This is disgraceful, this ice cream flavor was listed as an item they carried. When they received the order and knew they didnot have it, they should have contacted me to let me know instead of trying to deceive me into taking something I did not orderand charge me for it. I don?t even want to give this place 1 star. Had an entire argument with the old Indian man and the mid aged Indian woman about... remaking my sundae because it had nuts on them. I AM ALLERGIC TO NUTS! We asked very nicely and they both were being rude andnasty to my me and my boyfriend saying ?that?s how it comes.? The guy didn?t confirm all the toppings on the speaker likeusually people would do and it was hard to read the screen. He started cussing at my boyfriend and when my boyfriend saidsomething back, he there?s threatened to call the cops. The WORST customer service ever!
