Today I am over Zaxby's. We want to earn the points to get the rewards but then by the time you place your order online it took... me 3 minutes to get there the food is old my tenders are old I bought a wings and things or your fries are disgusting I'm sotired of trying to get points it is more decent to deal with walking in their placing an order standing there checking yourorder and then leaving it's not fair that it is so high and the quality of food at any given time is garbage. Please enforce atimer on the chicken tenders please enforce a timer on the price it cost too much to support your restaurant and get food nothot out of the grease how hard is it to drop a few tenders hot in the grease and place them on a plate customers don't deservethis. What you do is order a mobile order and then within 3 minutes is out there in the lobby on a shelf I did check mychatterbaits but before I could drive those same 3 minutes home my tender is hard enough to throw it against the wall and itbounced back at me. Worst experience ever with this chain. Two orders, both deleted off the screen somehow? If it hadn't been for my receipts I... wouldn't have received my food, and that was after waiting almost 45 minutes to be acknowledged. I will never eat at thisparticular location again. Read more

Service and staff were professional and friendly. The only problem I had was one of my meals was left out of my order. I called... them back and they made my order correct. It was just a hassle to have to go back to get the rest of my food. Will definitelyreturn to the store on 6th Ave but will make sure to check my order before driving off the next time. Read more

My go to place for a chicken finger basket. You can't really beat the toast and the freshness of the chicken fingers. The fries... can be hit or miss sometimes, but it's understandable because of how many get made at once. Read more
