This was my first time to the restaurant and it was a great experience! There was nobody in the drive-thru, my order was taken... swiftly and clearly, and the employee at the window was friendly and quick with my order. When I received my food, I wassurprised at the amount of food and soda that I got with the meal. Most fast food places now have shrunk their "large" sizes,but not Whataburger! I had the Bacon Blue Cheeseburger and it was massive and delicious! I will definitely be returning herein the future. Read more
Whataburger...what-a-burger! I love the taste of the burgers. The fries are good, but very similar to others. I LOVE the... jalapeno burger. It is great. Restaurant seems always busy, but wait is short for ordering and food. Restaurant was clean, aswell as the bathrooms. Self-service drinks is a definite PLUS. Large, clean parking lot. I made a special trip of 40 minutes todo a return trip to this specific Whataburger. I recommend this restaurant to everyone! Read more
Me and my wife were in town for the weekend. And over the years we have eaten at almost every whataburger in existence. But... this one is the absolute worst one we have ever visited. We got there just after 8.00AM. We waited almost 10 minutes to to bewaited on by a lady who looked as if she had slept in the parking lot. And we were the only ones there. After ordering. Wewent to get a table. And there was not a single clean table in the restaurant. And when our order did arrive. It was not whatwe had ordered. We decided it wasn't worth the time or effort to have it corrected. We will just consider it a lesson learned. Next time we will go somewhere that at least appreciates their customers and their establishment. Read more
Only giving it 2 stars cause the food actually tasted very well. But employees weren?t friendly, were playing on their cell... phones, and I saw one in the bathroom playing with his hair in the mirror and walk back out, didn?t wash his hands. Read more
The food was as good as usual. The service was abysmal. Service deserves 1 star. After 30 minutes we had not received our food... and there was no one ahead of us. 2 people that came after us did and their orders were wrong. We had to tell them repeatedlywhat we ordered and the girl at the cash register repeatedly had to go back to ask about our food. Meanwhile I could hear theworkers joking and carrying on the whole time. When we got our food it was hot and as good as expected. But overall a poorexperience and I can't recommend this particular Whataburger. Read more
This is the 1st time I tried it and it was great. I had a coupon for a free burger (I added avocado) with a fry and 32 Oz drink.... I paid 5.97 for avocado was $1 and the fry and drink was like 4.50 or so. The burger was free...and huge/fresh. And they werepretty quick too. I mean there was a lot of customers in drive thru(2 lines) but they got them out as fast as they come in. I'llbe back!! Read more
Food is decent and service is pretty good. The menu has a pretty good selection so maybe my four stars will go to five as I try... some more items and see how the service is on future visits. I like that they have two drive thru menus where you can giveorders to keep from getting stuck behind that one person that takes forever if you are in a hurry. Another big plus is it istrue dual drive through. It stays two lanes instead of both merging back to one and they bring your food out to you and runyour card in the second lane, pretty impressive. Spent almost $50 and our order was wrong. The patty melts didn?t have extra cheese, one of the drinks was supposed to be a Diet... Coke, and the chili cheese burger was not there at all. I called the store and the manager was less than helpful. She said Ineeded to bring the food back so she could see what?s wrong before she can help me. No ma?am! I?m not about to drive fromDanville back to Decatur so she can see what we didn?t receive. Then she told me to go speak to a manager about this tomorrow.She never even took down my name.
