Sooooo their food is good....what you would expect from a chain steak house. The kitchen is slow and goofs up orders but they... cooked my steak perfect. The onion flower was over cooked for everyone in my family but me, I like it extra crunchy. Make sureto get your salad dressing on the side or it will be it will be swimming in it. The waitress was very accommodating and sweetwith the kitchen goof ups. I feel like they are having a hard time getting people to work. Read more
We had a great time eating at Texas Roadhouse. The staff was great, especially our waitress Constance. She catered to everything... we needed. She was friendly, informative, and very prompt in getting our food out, which was delicious btw. Also I reallyenjoyed how she engaged with me and my family. She is definitely one of the best waitresses by far that I have encounteredthere.. Would definitely visit again. 10/10 Read more
We tried calling ahead due to having a larger party and after being on hold they literally answered the phone to hang right up... on us three times. This lead to having to wait at the restaurant and them elongate the wait we tried to avoid and to be politein calling ahead. They also had us wait outside or in our cars, which again could’ve been avoided if they answered the phoneinstead of hearing the hostess say her name and then hang up abruptly. Our waitress was amazing and the food was alright. Allsteaks cooked incorrectly and for the price you should just go to a steak house. All in all, we just tried being considerate andresponsible and being hung up on is just unprofessional. Read more

They expect people to sit outside in the heat while waiting for a table even though there are benches inside. It’d be better... to have a sign posted to wait in the car until the table is ready and remove inside benches if they aren’t supposed to beused. Wait staff hostess needs to advise this fact upon a customer entering the restaurant and quit being rude, use goodmanners. Is good customer service even taught anymore? Had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I never usually leave good reviews unless something WOWS me! Wait time was only... about 15-20 minutes. We were sat and given rolls immediately while we waited on our server to come to us. Everything we ate wasdelicious, and every worker was so happy to be there. Every worker had smiles on their faces and enjoyed talking to theirguests. Every waiter/waitress around us was working their tails off. Our waiter, Dakota, was very attentive and one of the bestwaiters I’ve ever witnessed. Thanks for a great dinner! I will definitely be back. Read more
We went to Texas Roadhouse around 1:40 PM today. 5 adults 2 children. We weren't allowed to wait inside so we waited in our... cars. I believe next time we will look into getting on the list early I think that is an option in their app. The wait was 25mins that wasn't too bad. The waitress was great. She stayed on top of our needs. The only thing I can truly say is make sureyou have plenty of time when you go. We had to wait around 45 mins for our main course. The rolls were awesome. This is a good place to get a steak. Our server was friendly and helpful. We did have to ask for one steak to be redone (it was... a little too rare) but they took care of it quickly, and everything tasted good and was seasoned well. No steak sauce needed! Read more
