It wasn?t the sandwich that made my night. There was a girl at the register last night and I was having an incredibly rough day.... My pants ripped, my engine was having trouble, my drink got knocked over twice, and a bunch of other random junk. Long storyshort the girl at the register gave me a flower and it made my day so much better. I really was having a rough time mentally andthat snapped me out of it. I love Subway..it is one of our favorite places - but.. We order online to make it "easier" and faster or so we thought. I'm not... sure how they do it with our order (not verbally given and in print) but they still almost always manage to mess our order up.In this situation now it is clearly simply a lack of detail, care, attention. I don't review often and it takes a lot ofaggravation to get a bad review out of me (it took 6 previous incorrect orders this time). I beg of the employees - take thetime to READ the PRINTED order. The food tasted fresh and it was good. It took little longer to get waited as the line had 4 people ahead of me, not the... women's fault behind the counter just no one seems to know what they want. They wouldn't let me use my coupon for a footlong at 5.99 because I got different meats. ( i cut it for 2-6inch) But, on the... bright side, they let the lady behind me use it because I had redeemed it on my phone already. Got the #3 monster melt. The bread is definitely different.. drier and more spices. Liked the melted cheese, and bacon. Could be... a little fuller. First try tho my son's #7 looked delicious! Read more
