I called the store and the manager answer and asked me to hold on... and I said ?mam I didn?t get marinara? so she yells at me and tells me to hold on and that she?s dealing with another customer.She comes back and tells me I didn?t order the marinara which I know I did. Ordered a dinner box and several slices of pizza were straight dough, no sauce or topping. I ordered bacon and they burnt ham... pieces to mimic the look of bacon. Ordered traditional medium buffalo wings and got plain, dry, burnt boneless popcorn chicken.When asking for a replacement order it took nearly two hours for them to arrive. No sauce given for bread sticks and charged forblue cheese dipping but received none as well. Read more

Two stars oy because the people were nice. I bought my order online. I didn't mind it taking extra long to get, but I didn't get... all the stuff I asked for. Twice I had to ask for stuff I was missing tonget to the hotel and find I was still missing the extradip I paid for. But the worst part..... both my husband and I got really really bad food poisoning from this place. No otherpizza hut has ever gotten us sick, especially not violently ill. Read more
Your location on Beltline Road in Decatur Alabama honestly needs to improve several aspects of their operation before I can... recommend them to anyone else. 1--- Speed. It took over an hour to receive a delivery of 1 pizza. (website "quoted" 35minutes). 2--- Quality. Our pizza was cold, the crust seemed like 2 days old, and the toppings were tossed on the pie as if by achild throwing them from an estimated 4 feet away. 3--- Accuracy. Our pizza did not have the proper toppings or sauce request.My order was also incomplete; did not include the requested $1 extra chees shaker. (not worth calling the store to acquire). Read more
Never again. Pizza was stone cold and all dough. No discernable sauce and few toppings. Boneless wings were cold and soggy.... Hawaiian teriyaki sauce was just bad. Read more
Cashier in the drive through window had an attitude and was told 30-40 min wait time and told to move up and when done will... bring the pizza out and never did, had to drive back around to pick up and was cold by time we got back to the house. Very poorservice. This is what u get when nobody wants to open the inside and stuck with only drive through, only gonna get worse. Read more
