Ordered 2 papadias waited over an hour and a half for it to be delivered, it never came, i went to pick it up and they still... charged me the price with the delivery fee but i just wanted to be done with them so i paid and left. Hope that 3+ dollarshelped your company because because sure could have helped me. Never again. Made one star because I decided to give them asecond chance, and there was no pepperoni in my pepperoni stuffed crust a paid extra for. This place is a scam! Read more
Ordered 1 pizza and 1 calzone. That's two boxes. They told me it'd take 32 to 42 minutes to deliver. If they'd told me the truth... I would've told them nevermind. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced! Food was so burnt we couldn?t even eat it. Called to see about remaking it and the... manager refused to remake it tonight because they are too backed up then wouldn?t remake anything but the garlic knots whichwere burnt black and so hard you can?t even bite into them. She wouldn?t even come to the phone just yelled from across therestaurant being very rude. Refused our refund and kept telling the guy on the phone to put me on hold.
