Took extremely long to make the food (+20 min). It was very smokey inside, too much to eat inside and enjoy.
45 minute wait for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous when you have 6 employees behind the counter working. None of them in a rush,... taking their time and no explanation on why we were having to wait so long. Lots of angry customers in there. Read more

Customer service was horrible. After waiting 25 minutes I went to the counter to ask about my order only to be told with an... attitude they were working on it. After another 10 minutes I went to register for a refund and was not given a full refund. Ihad to ask for the full amount to which the manger responded saying they wouldn?t give me a refund for the unopened bag ofchips. After I asked again for a full refund for which I was owed he threw a 5 dollar bill at me and said to keep the change. Hethen fussed at me the whole way out the door. Terrible Read more
The food is really good but the customer service is sub par. I ordered online and went to pick up 20 minutes later to be told... they were still making my order. I waited another 10 minutes to be asked if I was waiting on another person's order, only tofind out that my order was sitting in front of one of the prep people already completed. They just shrugged it off and didn'teven say thank you, it's a bummer because I do really like going there. Read more
I always enjoy firehouse subs. The staff was very friendly today! I am very close to 5 stars and wish I could do 4.5, the food... is amazing! The section that is no longer being utilized over by the drink machines could give a cleaner appearance. That is mybiggest concern. I will review this review the next time I come in!! It takes a long time to get a sandwich and I found out why if you watch them they're more interested in feeling orders that are... called in and taken care of the customers that are in the store waiting waited 45 minutes to get a sandwich and had to ask themanager where my sandwich was and the girl was fixing other people that had come in after me food I don't think I'll go thereanymore Read more
