Ordered my pizza and it was immediately canceled by the store. I called and dealt with the call center for 40 minutes and was... hung up on 3 different times. Decided to put on the app how unhappy I was. Then Placed another order and waited over a hourbefore I was called and the manager said they were understaffed and I explained that she was the manager and still had to answerher phones . Told her I still wanted my pizza and hung up. She decided to cancel my pizza AGAIN ! Had to drive up to the storeand was then given my pizza. Will never order from this dominos again. Disrespectful to say the least. Read more

After a long day on road from travel decided to retire to room at Comfort Inn where I was given a discount card on key. This... Dominos is not even worth a star. Ordered online and order was cancelled and when trying to to call was placed on hold for morethan 10 minutes with no human interaction. Came to give review and lo and behold I?m not the first one. Last month I went in to place a large order of pizzas for a church event with 24 hours notice, and I was told that it wouldn?t... be able to be filled by the time I needed because of another large order and short staff. Went across the street to Pizza Hutand got my order filled on time. So for the next event (27 pizzas) I go in on Monday to place the order for the followingSaturday. My wife called to confirm the order Saturday morning and received a lecture from the manager about how we needed toplace the order with 24 hour notice (I guess they didn?t realize we placed the order with six days notice?). We also heard allabout how short staffed they were. I don?t want to order from here in the future if everything is going to be an inconvenienceto the management or if we are going to be lectured to and griped to about staff shortages. I really feel bad for the managerif they are short staffed, but you cannot take it out on the customer. Read more

Still have some kinks to work out. Ordered contact less pickup. After some time with no contact went to window. Saw 4 workers... talking at counter who could have run my pizza out. . GO TO PIZZA HUT across the road. At this Domino's I stayed on hold for 20 minutes, which was automated I never spoke to a... person. So I decided to drive there and order and just wait on it. There door was locked so I rang the door bell they havethere. 7 people inside, they all looked at me and pretend I wasn't there. I stood there for 5 minutes trying to get thereattention and they deliberately kept their heads down while I knocked on the door. They must not need any business. Read more

Posting this to hopefully get the attention of ownership. I live locally near this Domino's location. The store was decent until... about 6-8 months ago. They are currently understaffed and those who work there are overwhelmed. On multiple occasions I've beengiven a reason as to why they will not be able to accommodate my order in a timely manner. On a side note, the quality of thepizza I have ordered from this location is far from consistent. Hit or miss on whether you'll get a good pizza ornot. Ownership, please step in NOW! Read more

So after 3 attempts to call and holding each time for over 15 minutes each time. Domino?s in Priceville leaves me no choice to... write a review. We ordered 2 pizzas and neither of them were completely done. Luckily we have a air fryer to cook it all theway. Just check your pizza before you leave. Read more

My wife and I just moved in and ordered online at this Domino's location. Our order was delivered in a proper amount of time,... but the order was completely wrong. After the order came in wrong, my wife and I both attempted to contact them, we were put onhold 15 minutes each and then cut off. I attempted to call back two more times and they immediately hung up on me. The onlinesystem seems more competent than the staff. Read more
