Overall Culver?s was 3 stars purely based on food. The service was good the food was brought out quickly and was hot. We talked... with the manager about some of the frozen custards they have in a freezer. However overall the butter burger, fries, and cheesecurds were all just kind of mediocre. The cheese curds had a similar flavor to a storebought mozzarella stick. The crinkle cutfries were okay nothing to complain about here but also nothing to recommend. The burger itself was the only thing that made anyof the food worth it. It?s a good burger. Just not as good as the rating and recommendations of others here would have youbelieve. The shake honestly was the biggest reason Culver?s got 3 stars instead of 4. Chocolate syrup is not a substitute forchocolate custard/ice cream in a chocolate shake. I can get the exact same quality shake for cheaper at Burger King. The custardin the shake doesn?t differentiate itself from ice cream when chocolate syrup is the real flavor. Read more
We've been there twice, been excellent both times. We ordered the pot roast and Ruben, both were delicious. Second visit we... ordered fish and shrimp, all exceptionally good. Oh can't forget the custard ice cream, great. The worker were very friendly andhelpful. I highly recommend them. We really need one in cullman Al. Read more

Better than ANY burger joint around! The food is DELICIOUS and the employees are always super friendly.
