Great food and awesome staff! Food is always hot and fresh and the service is spot on. Wish more restaurants were like this.
The staff and service is top notch. They are very friendly and being my 1st time they were very helpful with helping me make my... decision ???? But I was very disappointed with the portions served. Ordered a BBQ sandwich and double onion rings as my 2 sidesand there was literally 6 small onion rings and the sandwich had hardly any meat. Two meals with 2 sides each was $17 andhonestly happy meals have larger portions. I'd only try again because the service was so great. Read more

As an employee of CookOut. I do apologize if anyone has a bad experience at CookOut. I work at a Birmingham location. Two weeks... after eating my first CookOut meal, I was employed with them. The food is cooked fresh to order as if you cooked it at home. Iknow all fast food businesses are struggling with help and with school going back now things could get worse.
