We asked for water when we ordered. After paying and going to the next window the lady was rushing us she made us pay 37 cents... for water and I gave her 50 cents she didn?t even give my change back but a small cup of water. Every time I come there thewater is free and they never give me a ?kiddy? cup. Ordered a combo large and received a southwest junior and small meal instead. The food that was received was too burnt to be... edible. The service was not fast or pleasant, and the items that were sopose to be removed from the burgers were not removed aswell. Grateful that we don't have a food allergy. Read more

I have been waiting 24 minutes just to order. Nobody was inside. I called and they answered said short staffed so we will have... to wait. They had nobody inside too.
