I don't usually give 1 star but based on purely customer friendliness this location is terrible. If the staff speaks and that's... a big IF, they won't great,thank, or acknowledge that you chose to come there. I'm in retail I understand customers at times aredifficult but not all of them. I was taught smile and Welcome and Thank the customer everything. Not asking for anything specialor them to go above and beyond but at least be nice. Read more
This is for the Burger King on 6th avenue in Decatur, they are about the worst as far as fast food restaurants around. Just for... the record fast food industry is shrinking. I do realize that they may be short staffed, but come on drive through. When you'reinside dining is closed and all you have is drive through, Personally I think that upper management needs to come down and dosome work or as they say get their hands dirty. Read more
Clean, fast and very helpful staff. Even when, it's not about the menu. I will return. They had fresh, hot coffee. And the fries... were not over salted. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
Seems every time I give BK another chance, they just keep disappointing me. Drive-through service and staff were just fine... here, but the chicken biscuit was quite bad. It's some sort of factory-formed thing. Should have taken the hint from theregulars. The drive-through line at the Hardee's next door was around the block. BK line was empty. Now I know why. I give it a 4 because there drive through, which is the only way I visit is always quick enough for me and they have that... incredible whopper the one made with out meat which seems to satisfy my craving for a burger but iam trying to limit how muchred meat I eat. That's what's up. Read more
Went thru drive thru asked to upsize our drinks and the girl very rudely said no. Then got our food and our lettuce was severely... old and brown on our whoppers! And girl in window didn?t say a word to us at all and I had to ask for sauce for our child?snugget meal. Read more
