I tried ordering 3 different items and they couldn't fix any of it due to lack of ingredients.
I ordered a cake on a friday evening /saturday morning, and by sunday 2 hours before I was suppose to pick the cake up , they... called and cancelled. I normally let things go but I had to run around and find a cake last minute which was horrible to do formy 9 year old daughters birthday. Read more
Went to Baskin Robbins on March 26th on a Friday and saw people at the drive through window who saw us pull in. So we went to... order in the drive thru. When we got there no one answered us and we looked at what time they closed and it said 10 PM onGoogle. It was 8:30 so we thought they weren't closed. We pulled up to the window and saw that there was no one in the store.The lights then turned off and so we drove off and saw the employees leaving and locking up. They didn't even look at us whenthey were leaving. They need to update hours on Google. Read more
I've been inside once, service was slow.. I tried the drive thru tonight at about 6:40pm. They said they stopped servicing ice... cream for the evening because they were closing soon... it would have been at least 7 before they closed.
