Great service with a smile. It was quick from placing my order til the time I got my tray maybe total 2 mins at the most. The... young lady who took my order was nice n Thorough. The food was excellent. I ordered 2 sliders and some curly fires. Fries andsliders were fresh and hot. My 1st time buy the new lemonade... OMG the strawberry lemonade was really darn good. It wastart which is what i want in a lemonade. It also was sugary, something that hits heavy on stomach, which isnt a favorite ofmine. I will however order the lemonade from here on out. Yes it was strong sugar wise BUT it was an excellent drink and ifind nyself craving it now. All n all it was a perfectly good lunch. Even rang the bell when I left. Thanks Arby's for greatlunch. Horrible service. Out of 4 employees, not 1 person acknowledged our existence. Walked into restaurant. 1 employee taking a... break in the lobby, absolutely NO patrons there. Stood in front of the counter with 2 people in the grill area, could not seetheir faces. 1 person in the back talking loudly. Guy that was in the lobby walks behind the counter and straight to the back,right in front of us. After almost 3 minutes of standing there. We walked out. HORRIBLE service and wait times in Decatur. Had to change my review from five star to one, just went to this location to order the orange cream milkshake, when I placed my... order I was told that they were cleaning the shake machine, but n a laughing voice. I work in the food industry and know thatone the shake machine doesn't get cleaned during the day,it gets done on night shift and two I could tell the person wasn'ttelling me the truth by the way she said it while she was giggling. That's ok,the one on spring avenue was more than happy totake my order plus the shake tasted better from that location. Read more
This location gave me curly fries without asking--which wouldn't be a huge deal except I am pregnant and have been craving curly... fries today. They are also out of nearly everything. Read more
No interest in serving customers. I was ignored as employee after employee walked by me standing at the front counter. Ordered... and watched as my ready made food sat on the bagging counter until every order they had was filled and sent everything outtogether. Food was cold and overpriced. This is an ongoing trend in fast food these days. Everywhere sucks. Chargeridiculous amounts of money for cheap trash and give zero customer service. Read more

First off clean facility with nice employees. Ordered the Meat Mountain for the first time. It's the one with all the meats. $10... and worth the experience and taste great to me; it's like a single sandwich buffet. Read more
