Garbage location, took my money on an online order and never delivered it, then refused to refund me. Had to sit on the phone... for about 20 minutes to even get them to acknowledge that they messed up. They literally was just going to steal my money. Staffthere also has to be the dumbest group of people I've ever encountered, how they manage to get themselves out of bed, tie theirown shoes and get to work without accidentally walking out in front of traffic is frankly amazing. Great customer service and I was just there for a doordash pickup
This place is NASTY. Silverware was dirty. First AND second roll. Dust and dead flies along the window seals. Cheese sticks... tasted like chemicals. They were barely warm- Cheese wasn?t even melted. Fries were cold and greasy. Waitress was very nice(onlypositive). We will not be back. Read more
Ordered carry-out online and a family member went to pick it up. They forgot the appetizer. So she went back to get it. And then... I had to go back myself and have my food remade. My steak was supposed to be medium well and was completely charred and burnt.The loaded potatoes were not loaded and the broccoli was bland. I went back to have it remade and the service was friendly butmy remade steak was still, again, very well done and chewy (not medium well) and broccoli still bland. I am glad I don't liveclose by because the Applebee's in my hometown is so much better. Will never eat at this location again. Read more
Very long wait. Arrived at 11:15 am and didn?t receive our food until 12:30 pm. One of three of us got a good meal. Also the... restaurant needed cleaning. Lots of dust on the blinds where we ate, and there was thick dust in the bathroom stalls. Toiletswere dirty. No hand towels. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is as bad! Probably won?t be back. Service was okay. There wasn't alot of customers inside but our waitress was making excuse of being crazy busy. Food had been... sitting out for awhile and we noticed because we ordered way before other tables did and before they came in and they got theirappetizers before we got our food. Because my family ordered meals that involve shrimp and it was cold/warm and it was supposedto be steaming hot. My food was supposed to wet and covered in sauce and it was dry and warm. The ribs were great and the service was also. I really enjoyed getting to sit down and have a great meal for a change out... somewhere. Now there were some drunken clowns sitting at the bar getting loud. Lucky for them they didn't say anything about myear being gone from the right side of my head. I didn't want to have to take them outside and hospitalize them for being smart.By the way the Hostess was very nice and so was the waitress. Read more
Do not get curb side take out. Ordered early in the day for a 5:30 pm pickup. Finally got food at 6:10pm. Sat in car for 40... minutes waiting. Called twice. Will not order from them again. Just a total hassle when it's suppose to be an easy curbsidepickup. I would not give it one star but I had to because you can not leave a review without hitting a star. Ridiculous! Top itoff, my son gets home with the food there's a reciept on bag with everything in the order and one entire entree is missing. Iordered this in the morning to insure it was ready at supper time. They can make the entree, but you have to drive back andprobably wait another 30 -40 minutes to get the order. Pass, money wasted. Horrible! Read more
