This Dunkin gets you your order so fast, no matter how long the line is, as soon as you pull up to the window your order is... there and ready to go for you. My iced coffee is always perfectly made. The manager runs a tight ship at this store and isalways there working and keeping things running smoothly. This Dunkin has got issues. I come to this Dunkin when my Dunkin in deland is busy on the way to work (in Sanford) and I ask for... a iced caramel latte with 1 extra expresso shot and whipped cream on top. The time I had went previously I had asked for mynormal drink I get everyday and I got a super light coffee with no sugar and it seemed like the extra shot I paid for wasn?t inmy drink. So the next time I went in, I knew I wanted to ask for the shot and some liquid cane sugar on the side so I could fixit if they messed up again. But i understood $1.35 for 1 extra shot but apparently to put it on the side, it?s $2.25 now. Ithink it?s just horrible customer service and those girls got some inner issues to overcome. I was dealing with Michele andAngie who both informed me, I was completely wrong and had to pay the $2.25 to get the shot on the side. I just won?t be back. Iget way better service and they actually smile at deland Dunkin. Not to mention I got a call from the Dunkin and Angie hung upon me and would not answer the phone back? very unprofessional people. Meh. I order nearly the same thing at every DD with about 75% accuracy. I'm tending to look for mom and pop coffee shops (which... there are 2 in this area but more expensive). It seems like better quality. Ordered this bagel with butter the other day and Ireceived it extra "crispy" with some gooey substance that is disguising itself as butter. But I call shenanigans! Its eithervegetable oil with butter flavor, or "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter." Because it sure doesn't seem like butter. Just more andmore disappointed with the quality. And why did they give me enough butter to drain off and feed my family for a week? Thecoffee, when its made right, is usually good. But the donuts and everything else, just tastes like poor quality. We ordered 2 sugar maple bacon croissant 2 coffee and on a separate to go order bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. The... food was delicious. The ordered got messed up. The cashier was new and training. Everything was fixed to our liking. Happycustomers. Read more
