1st. Off all the employees that work here are ratchet and smoke too many trees. They don't greet customers and have nasty... demeanors. They prepared my fiancé and I's order wrong so we had to get back in line behind 6 vehicles just for them to tell usthat Wendy's doesn't serve lettuce on any of their burgers anymore ????. Then why is the lettuce being advertised on thespecific burger I asked for??? My fiancé asked for cheese and Ketchup only and they still managed to screw that up. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast service was excellent and my order was hot and correct. I see why they waited so long to have a... breakfast menu saving the best for last. And the new frosty is a #1 hit in my house. Read more
This particular visit was excellent. Fresh hot french fries, delicious chicken nuggets and the double stack was off the chain.... No complaints at all. The 5 dollar meal is my go to meal for lunch. Shout out to the staff. Read more
This place needs to close or get all new staff. Today is the SECOND time I sat in the drive thru without getting any service.... Last time no one came to the speaker and didn't acknowledge me at the window. RUDE. Today someone came to the speaker, asked formy order, and never said anything after I ordered. I waited and said hello. I assumed they were having problems with the speakerbecause the car in front of me was at the speaker for at least 10 minutes. I sat in line for a total of 20 minutes and onlywaited because my kids asked for Wendy's. After stating my order and getting no response I pulled up. No one came to the firstor second window. What is so hard about telling customers that there is an issue going on. Don't waste my time! I wouldve beenunderstanding had someone simply acknowledged me. Honestly all of you would be fired if I was the owner because this isunacceptable. At least tell people you're closed so they can leave right away. Unfortunately I don't have a good review for this Wendy's. The drive thru was long and when I reached the window to get my... frosty and water it seem like the employees were doing more chit chatting than giving me my order. I was furious. I was thirstyand it was hot outside. In case they forgot, it is called fast food. This happened today. I know the employer who finally gaveme my order knew I wasn't a happy camper. Pulled to the window with not one person in the drive thru. Expected since there?s construction, and an additional big blocked... off area of the drive in so it?s a little tight to get in. Waited five minutes for someone to take my order as other cars pulledin behind me. Shouted hello 2x no response. Maybe their mics not working. Pull up to the window and say I waited and shoutedhello and didn?t get no answer. Had to place a order. They told me I couldn?t order at the window I?d have to come in, or pullback around. This is a one way of telegraph I can?t just pull out and pull back in? Let alone behind a couple cars and wait somemore when I was first. Not to mention I?m in a long work truck with a 24ft trailer behind me. You?d think they?d do better toseize business being in a construction zone. McDonald?s even gas construction prices. Pulled up to grab a quick bite as I was headed to work. Ordered a #10 which was a chicken nugget meal and a fish sandwich. I... happened to see the banner on the building sayin they had fish sandwiches which confused me cause it's not on the menu. So Iasked and indeed they had them. It came out fresh and super crispy ( good crispy). The fries were kind of soggy though. And Ihave 1 question...why dont fast food restaurants put salt on the fries any more? ????????? Read more
