I can't really be up set. Rather I'm humored that fast food chain like this was to make 15-17 an hour but can't get the orders... right... I ordered a #7 and a #5 with sweet sour sauce. What I received was as followed: Mcdouble with no pickle. Mcdoublewith no pickle, no mustard, extra ketchup A mcrib Tangy BBQ sauce for the nuggets. Wait was ridiculous. Ordered and was told to wait in reserved parking space. After 10 minutes and 3 cars later my husband got... out of car and knocked on door. Manager didn't know what was going on. Waited another 5 minutes before 4 items came out. Willnever go to this McDonald's again. At least the food was hot. Read more
This McDonald's is one of the better ones,very clean and inviting inside,staff is very friendly and polite,they never seem to be... out of any food,and the food isn't made sloppy burgers have the right amount of mustard n ketchup and onion on them don't knowabout you but at some McDonald's I've gotten a burger half off the bun,with no mustard or ketchup on it and cheese is cold,notvery tasty,try this McDonald's you won't be disappointed Read more
This has to be one of the most horrible McDonald's in the area around Detroit Dearborn and Dearborn heights their drive-thru... line is always extremely long when you go inside to order for takeout or for dining you're constantly always having to wait youcan see the manager constantly yelling at the crew telling him I'm reminding them to do their jobs because they're goofing offyou even have the person working on front counter paying more attention to their cell phone then doing their job or takingorders I'm sorry but in my opinion and I feel like I have a right to say this because I worked at McDonald's when I was in highschool back when you only got paid like $5 an hour if you guys want to be paid $10 an hour or $20 an hour then you need to takeyour jobs seriously and actually do your job the right way yeah I know it's fast food but it's still a job you have to startsomewhere and if you can't learn the simple skills or do simple skills properly my customer service respect hard work dedicationpaying attention to detail etc and then how do you expect to excel at a career in the future cuz these are simple skills thatyou're going to carry with you for life however sorry that I'm getting off topic a little bit here you might want to avoid thisMcDonald's unless you don't have any other option just saying. Place is wild. The terminals were closed but there was only one side of this kiosk that was open and functioning so I used my... phone to place the order. While I waited an elderly couple came in and was struggling with the technology. One of the workerscame out to assist but gave up and got a manager to open a POS terminal. So while this elderly gentleman is trying to say whathe wants this manager lady is literally screaming to the people in the back to "drop two baskets of fries", all while this poorguy is trying to say what he wants. Extremely unprofessional. I was trying to place my order at the speaker and I was told to just pull forward. I had my order... taken at the window, I was told to pull forward. They forgot my drinks and I was sitting here for 5 minutes. Then I opened mysandwich and it was made wrong. Employees were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Read more
This McDonald's has gone down hill. Your night crew is LAZY, I hope you don't pay them extra. I don't understand why they close... down for literally over 2 hours every night for system update. And they purposely change the app over to breakfast 4 hoursbefore they are serving breakfast so you can't order through the app. Why? Because they are lazy. The McDonald's at joy andmerriman is always open. Even during system update, they do cash only. They are always busy, you should take a page out of theirplaybook. unless you don't care about making money, then by all means keep it up. Read more
