If I could provide 0 stars I WOULD! I ordered a pizza and paid for my order the clerk NEVER asked me my name nor was given a... receipt. Approx 40 minutes later I go in to pick up my order and find out ?I had no order?. I asked how did I have no order whenI paid my money so I was confused on how I was provided with a total and my money was taken but a order was never entered. OnceI ensured that I made a order NO ONE proceeded to make my food because they said I never ordered or paid. At this pointI?m FURIOUS because it?s a hour in now. I asked for a refund and everyone was giving me the run continuously asking what my namewas and I repeated multiple times HE NEVER ASKED MY NAME! The manager come out about 20 minutes later and finally refunded me mymoney. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN! Read more
Do NOT GO HERE! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! Everytime we have came to this location there are NEVER any hot & readys THAT ARE... READY. There is a 15-25 minute wait for hot and ready pizza. Therefore the advertisement for hot & ready needs to be removed.Because they no longer have it! Their excuses is always the same NO STAFF. But even when there is a lot of staff there are StillNO HOT & READYS. One time I went & there was hair sticking out the pineapple on the pizza. Disgusting! & I even gave themanother chance . Of course the pizzas still weren?t hot and ready never is. & the girl at the cashier is extremely rude nastyattitude to me and another customer. Horrible customer service skills. & they never answer the phone. For a week now they?vebeen saying their phones are broke. September 2022 I went to purchase stuffed crust pizza and pepperoni cheese bread I ordered at 6pm he say 20 mins come back 23... mins now he say few more minutes all the workers were playing in the back waste a bottle of grease even the manager was horribleI got my order after 40 minutes of waiting while they play in the back and the lobby full of customers. Need better employeeswith responsibilities and not there to play on the clock for a check. That?s a corporate pizza shop please do better Read more
This place is awful. They lost the order of 3 people ahead of me. I walked in and asked if they had any hot n readys, they said... yes, rang me up and then said it would be 5 minutes. I got it about 25 minutes later. Place is a joke. Read more
