We arrived and ordered coffee and hot chocolate. They came back and said that they were out of hot chocolate. Then brought out... the cut of coffee in a LIP STICK STAINED CUP. I told the waitress she apologized and took it. Returned with a Styrofoam cup. Shesaid that there were not any clean cups????. Ok, ordered our food (Omelet w/spinach, tomatoes, onions and cheese) after 15mins,she returns and says they're out of spinach. So I order a veggie omelet. Well 23mins later, she returns with the food. Open thenapkins to get the silverware and it was dirty, both sets. I called the waitress back to inform her of that. She apologized andsaid let me get you some more. Returns with the freshly washed silverware and stated "I just washed this myself. I keep tellingthe dishwasher that things aren't clean but they keep returning it like this". I asked her was this under new management orownership. Because I've been here plenty of time and NEVER had this many problems. She replied, no same owner. Finally able toeat and of course my appetite is gone. Waited for my daughter to finish her food and went to pay. Only to READ, EVERY CREDIT ORDEBIT CARD would be charged an additional 3%...this place is a nightmare to say the least???????????? After going there for 7years, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING...SMH Read more

The cooks were dropping the f bomb excessively and I had my daughter with me. When the waitress told him to chill on the cussing... he caught an attitude and asked who was asking as if he wasn't at work and continued to cuss. Just very unprofessional I won'tbe returning. I have only been there once (today). Not sure how all of their food is but the Corned Beef on Rye was very good and if I lived... in the area I'd be a regular customer, not so much for the food but the Beautiful, genuine smile of the Waitress Alexis. Enjoyable breakfast. Very nice and friendly waitress. The food was great. The grits were the best!!! Very creamy! Everyone... really liked their food. It was recommended because so many people come there. One thing I noticed was they were steady wipingand cleaning the work area. That is great!!! Read more
