I tried Basha Grill for the first time and I was really impressed by the amazing customer service compared to other restaurants... in the area. We ordered mixed Shawarma Markuk, Mixed grill plate with hummus and Fatush. The Shawarma Markuk was really good andthe only thing I did not like about it was that they put regular pickles instead of turnips in the beef Shawarma markuk. I'm nota fan of pickles in my Shawarma sandwich. Next time I will ask them not to put it. The Chicken Shawarma was a bit on the dryside. As for the mixed grill plate, the Kafta was the highlight of the dinner. Great flavour, juicy and beyond delicious. Iwasn't a big fan of the beef Tikka or what you might call "lahm meshwi" few pieces had big chunks of fat in them and it was welldone. The tawook was bland and over cooked. The hummus and fatush were delicious but their garlic sauce was over powering. Therice had corn in it "not sure why?". And finally their French fries are nothing special and they taste like frozen fries. I willgive it another try for different menu items the next time I go there. Updated on August 28, 2022 We have ordered takeout 2more times from this place and the 2 times they got the order wrong and there were items missing from the order. They need tolearn how to listen to customers when they make their orders and to check the orders before it leaves the restaurant to makesure nothing is missing. The first time we ordered beef shawarma plate. They did not send tahini sauce with it. When we calledthem they said come pick it up ( like I was gonna drive 20 minutes again) and they did not show any remorse. Yesterday I ordereda burger with lettuce and onions only and colslaw on the side and for the bun to be well toasted. What I got was a burger withlettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles, no coleslaw and the bun was barely toasted. By the time the burger got home it was soagy.They need to get trained on how to listen when someone os making an order. What a shame. Read more

???????????? Can?t believe I paid for this grotesque order, as I ate it there was HAIR in the sandwich. Who knows how clean or... what guidelines they follow in their kitchen. Would def not come here again, I?ll stick to making my own food. Stay away if youwanna eat something that actually made in a sanitary way. Read more
The first impression when you see the tray is like omg I can't wait, it reminds me of a restaurant in Lebanon but your... expectations will be different with your first piece, First I ordered chicken shawarma markouk that cones with fries side, thechicken in sooooo dry, the pickles has nooo taste like at all, the garlic is sooo oily my stomach started ro hurt right away,their fries was ok, my kids ordered chicken tawook sandwiches and also the chicken was not bad but the garlic so so so oilydidn't even taste like it is a garlic. They have the best grilled chicken but nothing else. I am sorry I am leaving this reviewbut I was very disappointed. Also the price was reasonable but the taste nope. Charcoal chicken is borderline literal charcoal. The parts that weren?t totally burnt to a crisp were good but this chicken was... way too over cooked and super dry. I?m sure some people have good luck here but this was our second time and both times we wereleft kind of disappointed, especially for what their prices are. Read more
Most of the times I had picked up food from there. One Evening we ended up dining in with several guests. We made it there 10... minutes before close. They could have easily told us to go somewhere else but they made quick arrangements for us and catered toour needs, took care of us. All while keeping a good smile and giving us good service. Plenty of parking available, as you walk in you can tell the restaurant is updated and clean. The server was very friendly and... quick to take our order. We ordered the markouk meat shawarma and tawook markouk sandwiches. Both tasted great; 10/10 on thepresentation. Fattoush Salad was fresh and light. Our go to place for Shish Grilling. The salad was much tastier than previous visits. They got the dressing right by making it... more lemony. This time the waitress forgot to ask us how we want our meat cooked, and we forgot to tell her. Unfortunately the kafta, tawook, and meat kababs came out well done and for us that is too dry. They should always ask. We were verydisappointed. Beautiful presentation on a wooden cutting board and very tasty sauces on the side. We ordered the family tray. Comes with salad and rice. Read more
