Very disappointed by this place. I?ve been a regular customer since the gas station days, but I will not be coming back.... Whenever my family gets together, we get the deep half tray of fries from Good Burger, and it?s been $15 for as long as we?vebeen buying them. The last time I ordered the deep half tray was a few months ago, and per usual, I paid $15. Last week when Icalled to place an order, I said ?I?d like a deep half tray of regular fries, the one that costs $15.? The worker who answeredsaid she would be right back (I?m assuming to check with her supervisor), and she returned and said ?Ok your total is $25.? Isaid ?excuse me? The deep half tray is $15. I buy this all the time?. She actually responded with ?yeah we raised our prices.?What a lazy and uneducated response. Am I really supposed to believe that the price of this deep half tray of fries wasincreased by 67% ($15 -> $25) in the last few months? That was an incredibly insulting response by this worker, and I let herknow that I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Which is a shame because I remember being a loyal customer before iteven became a big thing in this city. But when restaurants want to price gouge like this and make fools of their customers (youcannot convince anyone that your cost to make this product has gone up anywhere near the amount necessary to increase its priceby 67%), this is when I know to take my money elsewhere. I always get the sliders and fries and honestly have had nothing else out of the 10 or so times Ive had them. If their chicken... sandwiches are anything like their burgers/sliders, then it should be really good. Id rather get this than five guys, especiallysince they offer additional secret sauce and good burger sauce which you can probably figure out but still, it's safe, eat here! Read more

We actually ate here a few times during our trip to Dearborn, we liked it so much and it was opened late night. The burgers,... fries, and shakes were delicious! The crispy chicken sandwich was a little too much crispy and not enough chicken, but that isliterally the only thing I could say negative about them. The customer service is good and the food is delicious. We had a goodtime sitting at the round booth and enjoying each other's company and the food. Read more
I really wanted to try this place out just because of the name, and I must say it was pretty good. The interior could use a... remodel, even though that?s the theme they?re going for, but a lot needs to be changed. Besides that the burgers are great, youcan build your own or choose from one or their signature burgers. The good burger was really good and so were the other burgers.Their fries are also very good, and were very crispy; however, I also got the nuggets and they are nothing special, taste likefrozen nuggets. We were visiting from out of state and wanted to find a good burger joint. Zo?s didn?t disappoint. I got the sliders with fries... and hubby got the BBQ burger with Cajun fries. We could tell the patties were freshly hand made. My sliders were flavorful andhubby said that was the best burger he had had in a long time. The fries were crisp and tasty. I customized my own burger and it had a good flavor and their secret sauce was really good. My only feedback and suggestion... would be to serve the food when it's hot. When I received my burger and fries it was not hot it was more like roomtemperature. The staff was really friendly and willing to answer any questions and we were greeted immediately upon entering thebuilding. I would give this place another try overall their food was good. The atmosphere is nice, the only reason I rated themfour stars for the atmosphere was because they had a game and establishment that didn't work and my table was sticky I'massuming from the previous person who sat there.
