This place is disgusting. Ever since they had a change in manager, many mistakes happen in the order such as getting regular... coffee instead of hot chocolate. The egg and cheese croissant looks like a 3 year old made it and its very sloppy. They add waymore sugar than what you ask and much more nasty things. Owner better check on his workers at this location. We went to get Biebs Brew and the microphone was choppy when the guy was... speaking and we couldn?t hear, so we drove up to the window. Then two women kept pretending they couldn?t hear us and then saidthat drink was unavailable. We drove off cuz at that point even if they decided to make it I wouldn?t trust to drink it. Workers at this location never late you order even if you get their half hour before closing. I want a cup of coffee when i got... their at 10:30 but they are not taking anymore order. This Tim Hortons is the worst! They can NEVER get an order right or perhaps they just don?t care! I have never been to a place and cared enough to leave a bad review but this place takes a cake. My order is never correct even... when I order something as simple as coffee and a bagel. I?ve received non-toasted bagels several times and other times I?vereceived a completely dry bagel with no cream cheese. Clearly they have staffing issues or something but I pray to god theyclose down so they can be replaced by a place which has a modicum of consideration for their customers. Read more
