Service was professional but the lettuce wasn't any good. It was very watery, ie soggy and the representative had to throw away... a pan of lettuce and at least 2 bags of lettuce that had been left on the counter. No sure how this mishap occurred buteverything else was ok. Read more
I went to this location today. Stood behind a family being taken care of while I waited to be helped or even greeted. It was 2... sandwich makers handling the family. Both workers glanced at me multiple times and not once was I greeted. Another worker comesout from the back and starts the process of shutting stuff down. The young girl making a sandwich looks up and says "sorry weare closed" I'm thinking are you kidding me? That's the first thing you say to me after I have been standing for over 15 minuteswaiting to even at least be greeted once. I'm 7 months pregnant trying to be polite while both workers helped the family and allI wanted was a pretzel. So the worker closing down told her that weren't closing til 8:45 and she replied nevermind. The workerclosing finally asked how can she help me. I said I wanted a salted pretzel. She asked if I said cinnamon. I replied no , asalted pretzel. Just for her to say they dont have pretzels... very poor customer service! I sat there and watched them make 4subs, not one time was I greeted until the girl wanted to say they were closing! At that point I should have went off but I gaveyall the benefit of the doubt but never again! Read more

Extremely disappointed with the way my sandwich was made. I had a foot-long and all I got on there was four pieces of cucumber.... Terrible service , terrible sandwiches. Terrible employees. Also, very messy employees. Her hair looked greasy. I do not feelsafe eating there. Especially with how unprofessional they were dressed. There was one customer in front of me and I was therewaiting for so long while the employees just looked at me with the dumbest look on their face. Read more
Slowest subway I've ever been to and I travel to 48 states. Bread was old, toasted wasn't even long enough to melt cheese and... workers hair so greasy I thought she needed a hair net. Ate 2 bites and threw it away. Also soda fountain was out of 2 itemsthey didn't change out. Horrible service and product, owner and franchise should be appalled. Read more
I was at the Subway in the Wal-Mart in Dearborn, the store was very busy, as was the Subway station. There was only one worker... behind the counter and he was awesome. He quickly did the orders, changed his gloves like he should, kept the area cleared ofdebris, was polite and courteous to each customer...listening carefully over the normal store noise...to make sure that the waitwas worth it. I asked his name to send this note, when I see someone go above and beyond, I feel they deserve a kudos. Devantedeserves a really big kudo...you are lucky to have him as an employee!! Read more
