They don?t even get a star !!! WORSE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO ? LAZY MANAGER SCREAMING AT EMPLOYEES!! I placed a mobile order... at 1pm I just now got my food at 1:52p after I asked the manager to remake my food because her and the drive thru person touchedmy food and the whole time I?ve been there not either one of them had on gloves and or washed ! I wanted to order some food after I used the restroom, which was clean . As I washed my hands a person who just finished using... the toilet and flushed left without washing their hands. I went to order some food and saw this person talking to the employeesand I realised that he was an employee. He tried helping them with something and started using the cash register. I left withoutordering. This is terrible the employees at this location must be better trained , disgusting sanitary behavior by thisemployee, even if he was on his own time. Read more

Clean fast kind service. Polite cashier food was hot and looked edible and delicious. I will recommend this McDonald's. Before I... recommend the one in Detroit on Grand River and livernois. Read more

Food was hot originally, fries were fresh, nuggets were fresh. Being understaffed seems par for the course now days! This... location is historically very busy at least twice a day! Hadn't been in years, but needed something to eat. Packed extrapatience as the line was long inside and out, order was wrong three times! The gentleman had to come back to my car twice...finally I just got out... order still wasn't right... patience had thinned so I had to leave. I appreciate the staff that wasthere to work... PLEASE don't make your job/ day any more difficult with disgruntled customers... take a few seconds to assureaccuracy of orders... trust me, we would be grateful and it would be less stressful for employees... it takes too much time todouble back and verify orders to assure no loss of revenue. I appreciated the managers apology. Read more

Visited this location today because it?s the closest one to my house and I will not return. Their workers are rude and racist. I... pulled up to the window and the worker just stared at me with her hand out, didn?t even care to tell me my total. I gave her mymoney and when she handed me my change back I said thank you, like a normal person would.This employee didn?t say one word, juststared at me with a dirty look. If you?re going to have racist employees don?t put them in a position where they have tointeract with customers. Put her in the back making food since she such a nasty attitude and cannot acknowledge people when theyspeak to her. Read more

Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes because they would only let 2 cars through at a time. The line had to wait for those 2... cars to order, pay, and get their food before they'd take more orders. The only reason fast food restaurants do this to keeptheir order times low. The only reason I waited was because we were at a dance competition at the Guido Theater and I didn'thave time to go elsewhere. Read more
