I would personally give this place 0 stars if I could, horrible service, horrible food. Made me wait 22 minutes in a drive thru... line, 10 of which were at the speaker all to tell me that they aren?t serving breakfast anymore and had the nerve to get smartwith me too. It's obvious they made me wait 10 minutes at the speaker not because they needed to prepare anything but so theycould change the menu and not have to serve me breakfast. Will never return. Read more
Made a mobile curbside order. Waited 15-20 mins. Had I went through drive thru it would?ve been much faster. Employees waited... until drive thru was completely empty before handing me my order. Never coming to this location again Read more
Slow, doesn?t matter what time of day. AWAYS mess up orders because they've ran up their clock by the time you make it to the... speaker. The employees are rude and always standing around outside doing lord know what. I?ll drive out of my way just to go tothe one on Ford than come here. Read more
Staff is not being trained properly. The staff never closes the bag when presenting food at the drive-thru. They will hand the... bag out with top of the bag open. Exposing the food not to mention the fries to the air. Or either crushing the top of the bagclosed as opposed to folding the bag neatly closed before presenting to the customer. This happens over and over. The drive-inserve window is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Read more
Terrible!!!! Long wait. Charged for items we did not receive. McChicken....the worst!!!! They used two top buns and it was... smashed and dry because all the lettuce and mayo was on the wrapping. Fries old and wilted... terrible!!!! I don't mind the waitbut can you at least get the order right!!!??? Read more
