Them mf?ers had the nerve to have me pull up for a McChicken small fry and 1 apple pie just to have me parked for 20mins and had... about 4 people come to my car with food that was Not my food! Then once I seen The lady next to me who order was after minethat?s when I said No I cant And will not wait any longer so I get Back in the line and tell them I dont Even want the food nomore I want A refund she tells me to pull up again to get my refund just to find out after waiting 20mins for no food I thenHave to wait 3/5 days to get my money back on my card smh the same card they took my money off in a matter of 5 seconds!!!! Theybetter Not ever expect me to move up again! Customer service at the window was awesome polite and professional minimal drive-thru line two cars in line but I still had to... pull up and wait for my food and then it was not even correct I asked for no pickles got pickles I paid $5 for a fish sandwichand couldn't even get a whole piece of cheese wow quality of food has really gone down Read more
Worst experience in a long time. We was told to pull forward and they would bring our food out. After waiting 10 minutes the... girl brings out 2 bags. Told her what we had ordered and she walks away. Comes back 5 minutes later after going up to 4 othercars and says I had your order. I should have refused it but I was in a rush. This branch is extremely busy, however they're doing a great job of keeping up. Evey time I go in there is someone cleaning and... keeping the place sanitary. Compared to others this place gets A+ for effort and service Read more

There should be a Negative star selection for this location I ordered food and 3 Medium Mango pineapple smoothie I received 2... small and one medium and yes I was waiting for 15 minutes on side so after showing the young lady that I paid for all 3 mediumtook back the 2 smalls 8 minutes later a guy brought me back 2 mediums what you see on the right of the picture all they did isexchange the cup size. 0 for customers service never again at this location. The store was clean and the staff were very nice and cheerful. The only delay was a very short wait for the Sweet Tea. But... it's a good deal to purchase the "McDouble" and get a second one for only a dollar. They have ample parking and are handicapaccessible. I would certainly go there again. Guy cut in front of me just as I was coming up to the first window, ordered his food there and they rang him up. They gave him... my food at the second window and, after he ran his hands all through it, he came over to switch bags. I asked to have the foodremade because I have OCD and I wouldn?t be able to eat it knowing someone dug through it. They had me wait for a new order andthen brought me a cold meal, which I can only assume was the original food. At the end of the day, things happen, but thishappened to be at the end of one of the worst days I?ve had in a long time so it really bit hard. Won?t be back.
