Stopped to buy a sandwich when they first opened for the day. I was the only one in store and there was only one employee... working who did not look busy. Asked for extra vinegar, bought my sandwich, went to work. Opened it up and found it to bedrenched in oil. It was very hard to eat and unappetizing. Read more
I ordered from here for lunch and had it delivered tobthe office where i work the person that delivered my order sat my order on... the floor on the other side of the door in my building. I called the location to send me another order, the same guy came backto re deliver my order started yelling and cursing at me because he had to re deliver it. Won't let you order over the phone or inside when it is an half hour before close. Make you waste time and go outside and order... it online then and only then will they make it for you. This place has a tip jar too. Why would you tip someone when you have toplace your own oder and pay for it online? They make enough just to throw a sandwich together that would take less than 5 mins.Such a lazy and most opposite way of customer service Ive ever heard. Read more
I have been craving a real sub like i am use to in South Carolina and Subway wasn't doing it for me. I heard of Jimmy johns but... i was very skeptical about getting one. So i went and got one today. I got to say it gave me everything I needed in a sub. Itwas juicy, meaty, with extra lettuce, hot peppers, and mayo. I will be returning sooner than later. The service was excellentthe young man was very helpful and he communicated exactly how i wanted it. I think his name is enco don't quote me on it andthe lady that fixed the sub fixed it like she likes it. THE ABSOLUTE MOST WORST SERVICE!!! i called the other day and guy answered and i can barley even understand him. i was placing... my order and i said i want two tuna sandwiches a pickle and chips. the phone call was literally like 10 mins long because hekept talking to his co worker as i was on the phone ignoring what i was saying. my food took OVER AN HOUR. Then when my foodcame it was wrong. it was ONE tuna sandwich with a pickle and chips. I was so upset because maybe if he was listening to me wheni was speaking on the phone we wouldn?t have had this issue. he was the most unprofessional person to be answering phones and mydelivery was not freaky fast. him and his co worker kept talking to each other and passing the phone back and forth. i wish ican tell a manager. never coming back here ever again. so annoying Read more
I usually order from this Jimmy John?s while at work. I have never had a problem, the drivers always follow instructions to give... me a call when they are here (Macys - PF Changs entrance =). Food is always correct, drivers are always pleasant. Thank you, Iwill continue to order! Read more
