I was order veggie lover with extra on the pizza ????, turn out to be its not what you expect means only cheese ???? on the... pizza , the guys need to be trained more about how to good communication on the phone ???? from the customers when the customerorder on the phone neither is what he called the manager still missing communication for what the customer would like ???? onthe pizza ????, plus the pizza it?s literally burn ???? or little over cook on the pizza ???? luckily I got my money back , I amnot satisfied on my pizza , again I was order vegetarian pizza ???? with extra this is what it came out on the picture Read more
Order a deep dish cheese pizza and they replaced the pizza sauce with garlic cheese.. pathetic! Never ordering from here again.... Buddys Pizza would never do something like this Read more

Jet?s Pizza is always my go to for good pizza and I?ve been ordering from this location for years, however the service I... received today was disappointing. I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:38pm and it wasn?t delivered until 7:48pm. I ordered myusual by text and my large veggie pizza was cold and prepared incorrectly. I checked the text I submitted and it was in factsubmitted correctly but someone at Jet?s wrote it incorrectly on the ticket. The manager Isabelle said there was nothing shecould do even after acknowledging that someone messed up my order. More like there was nothing she was willing to do, in otherwords she could care less about the money I spent and the fact that someone on her watch submitted my texted order to the pizzapreparer incorrectly. She didn?t even address the cold pizza and stated that while the ticket was submitted with the wrong infoI got what I paid for?????? My veggie pizza was ordered minus olives and tomatoes, as you can see based on the pics my pizza wasfull of tomatoes, it?s messy, and cold. ????
