Last one left on the Detroit side after the Michigan Avenue location closed down. So if driving to Somerset Collection is not an... option, go to Bellacinos on Ford Rd and eat some icecream at the Haagen Dazs counter. There's a reason these are the besticecreams period. And while my favs are the Belgian Double Chocolate Chip and the Irish Cream Brownie are my two favoriteflavors, you can't go wrong with any, or the dazzlers, shakes, frappes or vegan options! Good ice cream, but the three sample policy is pretty tacky.
The ice cream is wonderful! I had pineapple & coconut, my husband got the Irish cream brownie shake and neither of us were... disappointed. The one bummer was that I didnt realize I needed to have the cashier scan the app on my phone in order to startcollecting points. If I had kept my receipt I could have entered the barcode on the receipt. It would have been nice if thecashier had mentioned it, but hey, there's always next time. But just so you know, if you download the app, have them scan itwhen you make your order OR keep your receipt to enter the barcode so that first purchase can be counted and you can earn yourmini cone or cup. Unfriendly staffs disappointed us. Wish others do not get the same treatment which we got.
Worst experience ever, they don?t talk good with customers. They stop serving you even before close times.
