I used to love Boston market and this used to be a very good quality location unfortunately post covid the quality and service... has suffered tremendously. I purchased a family meat loaf and it was barely edible the the roasted chicken was cold To thetouch While the sides accompanying it were warm.I was truly disappointed. as this used to be one of my favorite chicken places..I would suggest perhaps purchasing food right after they open. where you could get the food hot and potentially have a qualitymail. I purchased 2 meatloaf dinners at the BM on Ford Road in Dearborn and was stunned at how much it had changed. What is this... mystery meat? Texture was like veggie burger and spam. Horrible! I know it's been a while since I've purchased food from there.I will never ever go back. If this is what is being served at all Boston Markets as a new way of preparing meatloaf, shame onyou! I place an order through your app at 7:00 pm. I was told it would be delivered at 7:53pm. At 7:53 I was told my order was... cancelled. I tried to contact the restaurant several times to find out what happened and to over to just come and get my mealbecause it was our dinner for the holiday. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. Your company inconvenienced my family mostly children thatwas waiting on dinner. You are very inconsiderate, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Why offer a service that you can?t provide. Read more
????????EDIT: FOOD POISONING?? Had to go to Henry Ford and get fluids. All I ordered was a whole Rotisserie Chicken. Tasted... NOTHING like Rotisserie styled chicken. In fact, it was more like it was AIR FRIED! The skin was hard and crunchy and the meatwas dry. Was so upset with how the chicken was, I physically got sick and threw it all up not even 15mins after leaving therestaurant. Luckily I only stay 5mins away. Fast service, friendly staff and tasty food.
My work buddies and I have had this Boston Market in our lunch rotation for over 10 years now. It has been disappointing seeing... the degradation of this chain. When we first started going, service and food were great! They had frequent online/printablecoupons that balanced the cost to meal. The service was polite and quick, never a long wait or line at peak hours. They broughtthe food to your table/booth. They cleaned your plate when done. And, the portions were always generous. Within those 10 years,A LOT has changed! It is the complete opposite of what I just mentioned. No great coupons cutting pricing to balance food:costratio. Always a line. You have to wait for your food like cafeteria style. They give you plastic utensils for your meal and theyremoved the more comfortable/private seating. And the portions are skewed! The food taste is good so that?s the 2 stars. Buteverything else about this place brings the rating down. I posted this because of my last experience (today). I bought arotisserie sandwich that cost me $7.43. NOTHING else came with it. A side addition was $2.49 but only $2.79 to add a side andlarge drink. I didn?t want to spend over $10 for a lunch meal so got just the sandwich. My coworker got a 3 piece dark meal thatgave 3 pieces chicken, 2 sides and cornbread for $8.48. I posted both pictures to this review but you can clearly see I wascheated! My chicken/mea portion was ridiculously small compared to his meal! Horrible services 11/26/2022 Manager name is Almond or Her mind his respons to my question which was how long do I have to wait... his response was he don't know he guess another 10 minute or so he trying to get another order that was said after I waited instore for 15 minutes the only person in line and its on tape he never said anything prior. ? the company looks at the tape andit will show how rude he was and not attentive to me as a customer Read more
