Last fall I went here and had a bad experience waiting a long time to just get a black coffee. The staff at that time seem to... not care too much about the customers. I decided to give this Biggby location another try today. I walked into the store and nostaff was present for about 5 minutes. A young lady finally came to the counter and I asked if they had the $1.99 ice coffeespecial, she said yes. I asked for a large with a shot of espresso. The total came to $4.02 and I questioned her about thecharge. She showed me the receipt and it was for a regular priced large ice coffee (no espresso). I said to her that she saidthey had the special and I also mentioned the extra shot of espresso. She said I needed a coupon and said nothing about theespresso. I told her that I have no coupon and I just wanted a refund. She had to get another lady who did not know how toprocess the refund. The owner finally came and provided me with a refund. This took about 15 minutes of my time and I ended upwith no coffee, no apologies and just overall disappointment in Biggby. I wish Biggby would provide better training (not thefirst time my check was wrong) and that all Biggby's honor their advertisement ( $1.99 any size ice coffee billboards). Read more
this was the best coffee i have ever had. i was traveling to dearborn over the summer and thought to myself i need some coffee... so i saw biggbys coffee and went in i got a caramel cold brew with sweet cream on to and when i took a sip all of my worriesblew away as i kept sipping on that scrumptious coffee. so go here its really good Read more

Nice place. The location is good. Plenty of tables and seats. It has a fireplace. The tables and chairs are well situated. Some... seats and tables are near outlets. It had large windows so it's well lit. There's are tables outside too. The place outside hadshade and it's nice. Read more
