Charming little restaurant in our hotel. Went during the rally but we were able to get in since it is off the beaten path. Marc... our server was excellent. Very professional and friendly and the food was delicious. We had the rib-eye and salmon, both wereamazing. Would highly recommend! Plan to go back next time we?re in Deadwood. Read more

I ordered the filet mignon. The steak had incredible flavor and was very tender. The Caesar salad was fresh and our dessert was... tasty. My only complaint is you pay premium prices for what appears to be small portions. Otherwise, very good. Read more

This was just an awful experience. I know service is difficult to hire right now, but the restaurant only had 5 tables occupied.... We asked our server for recommendations on what to order and he replied ?I don?t know the menu, so I have nothing to offer.? Wethen ordered cocktails after seeing some great pictures online. The cocktails were great but they took 40 MINUTES to serve. Itwas painful to watch how slow the bartender moved to make each drink. We regretted not ordering something simple like beer orwine. Our dinner was served about 1hr 15 minutes after we sat down. This was quite baffling again, given how there were 12people max in the restaurant at any given time. They were out of filets so the men ordered ribeyes. Both were served so rarethat they were almost blue. They had to be sent back. We ordered the lobster and scallops. The scallops were overdone and servedcold. The lobster was okay but definitely nothing fancy. I didn?t taste any garlic butter as it was advertised. The asparagus onthe side was soggy and the potatoes were undercooked. The enter experience took us nearly 2 hours. It was a terrible experiencewhich is too bad because it looked much better online. Deadwood needs more great options. Read more

First and foremost, Nathan is the star of this show. He comes off a little aggressive and rude at first, but you quickly realize... he's simply helping you make the best possible decisions you can make. His recommendations, attention, and flair made our nightspecial. A true master of his profession. The food was no consolation prize though. The absolute BEST bison filet I've ever had.Perfectly cooked. Melt in your mouth good. The scallops were a work of art. One could tell the Caeser dressing was made veryrecently. Very fresh. Even the desert was fantastic. Am I being effusive? Yes. They deserve. Like others have stated, a hiddengem of a place. I dare say they're underappreciated. Read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! 6+ stars! From the time we arrived (a few minutes late) to Tin Lizzie's, we had an awesome experience. We... ordered the $42/person all you can eat and that was the most amazing choice EVER, especially because we like our steaks mediumrare. I think the last time we had anything so tasty was at a restaurant that doesn't exist anymore (where if you needed aserrated steak knife, something was wrong). What did we like best? The filet!!! (All the filets!) STARTERS: We had the FiletMignon whiskey tips appetizer ... a few times, because it was AWESOME!!! We also had the grilled shrimp cocktail and theantipasto skewer appetizers. MAIN: We had a few of the Petit Filet in a cherry demi glaze, which was delicious with a littlecherry. CUTE! We had a few of the Petit Bison Filet with a heart of palm and arugula salad that was the best bison we've had... ever. We also had the sesame chicken. SIDES: The ginger wasabi mashed potatoes had just a hint of ginger and wasabi, which was pretty amazing. We also had the tomato pesto pasta and the grilled asparagus. DESSERT: We had it all!!! We had atiramisu and banana gelato (like a bananas foster gelato). Photo attached. Thank you to our amazing waitress Alexandria (wholikes Pokemon)! We chose the restaurant partially because of the OpenTable reservations and partially because there were somany 5-star reviews! Despite being busy when we arrived, she took care of us with a wonderful smile and some greatrecommendations! It was our first time in Deadwood and at the end of the night, she gave us a quick tour of the beautifulprivate dining room (photo attached) and let us say hi to the chefs. She also told us to take our paid check to the casino for$10 each which ... err ... we promptly lost, but WHEE! Free fun money! For Pokemon Go, there definitely was a Pokestop, but Ithink there was a gym also ... eep! A testament to what a great time we had that I didn't make a note of that. Read more
