This is such a cool place! It's a former gas station (hence the name) with a great environment plus delicious food and coffee.... It's also an art gallery with some stunning pieces of blown glass. Read more

The staff are always kind and have cheerful dispositions. The food is delicious and different from a lot of the regular stuff in... Deadwood so it offers a perfect amount of variety to the area. I love this place. It's a favorite. On warm days they open thegarage door and let the fresh air breeze through. And sometimes you can watch some people do glass blowing on the other half ofthe shop. It can be mesmerizing. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family (myself, my two older parents, spouse and three kids) and I received the... absolute worst service here. The young woman working the counter (brunette) repeatedly asked my wife, who is Latina, if ?thatwas it? after she was sharing her order. (My wife being Latina is relevant as I am white, along with my parents, witnessing andexperiencing this.) The entire time she was in a sour attitude and made us feel put out. We ate out on the patio and when shebrought our food, she literally threw it on the table and walked away. There were 5 sandwiches and chip bags just flung at ourkids. She said nothing and quickly walked away. 10 minutes later, she brought another table?s food out (they were white), wasdelightfully pleasant and said with a smile ?enjoy your meal!? And walked away. After we finished eating the worst sandwichesever created, I went inside to share my experience with the woman, to which she denied everything. She said she ?had a lot goingon? and that she did not throw the food at us, nor did she make us feel put out. I then asked for her manager?s name and phonenumber. I left the dining area inside and tried to go back in to retrieve the manager?s name, but the woman had locked us outand started playing music very loudly, as if we posed as a threat to her and didn?t want us to return. This was all at 2 pm, 3hours before their posted hours said they were supposed to close. I went around to the drive thru window and she opened it, gaveme the manager?s name again and slammed the window shut. I tried calling, but the mailbox was conveniently full. Do not eathere. Do not eat here if you are brown. Do not eat here if you love someone who is brown. Do not eat here if you value beingtreated like a human. Do not eat here even if you want a decent sandwich. Stopped here for breakfast during our stay at Deadwood. Really a neat little shop and the food was good. Hand blown glass next... door in the shop was fun to watch too. Not much for special diet so I didn't get to eat but my family enjoyed it. Recommended!! Read more

Such a great place. Definitely stop in to see the beautiful glass work...But don't leave until you grap a Cappuccino. THE BEST... Cappuccino I've ever had! Seriously. Personally, I love a great foam. This foam could have probably held up a metal spoon :) sogreat! Yummy food as well. Try the Lemon Poppy-seed, delicious! The girl who owns the coffee side was so genuinely kind &friendly. Her uncle was helping out that day & was also just as nice. My son was hypnotized by the glass blowing. It is oddlycalming to watch. The place is small but packed with a ton of visual fun & creativity. While parts of Deadwood are beinginundated with tacky slot machines (so sad) & cheesy t-shirt shops, I'm so glad this place is flourishing. I hope more placeslike THIS start to take over & bring some dignity back to this historic town. Keep up the amazing work ladies! Read more

Such a special place with excellent coffee options. The owner has turned a former gas station into an art studio and a cool... cafe. Breakfast options are limited with healthy choices of parfait and oatmeal. Located a few blocks from the Main Street. Read more

Happy people work here and it shows in the service that they give. We had bacon, lettuce, tomato, cream cheese and ham... sandwiches on bagels. They were delicious. A bag of kettle chips come with them which makes for a great lunch. 5 stars. Read more
