I am absolutely angry with myself for not trying this sooner!!!! Kristy?s been here in DeQueen for awhile, but we have just now... decided to give it a try on our way back from Mena. At first I was a little against it because it was so hot and I just wantedto get the baby and kids home out of the heat (no ac in our race truck) but the hubby was insistent, so I pulled in. I wasthrilled to see that they have a huge selection, and even more ecstatic that they have a little area set up out back with picnictables equipped with large umbrellas to shade the sun, and to top it off they have a bunch of different games for the kids toplay with while you wait (even though the wait time was not long at all) ole fashioned games to top it off!!!! The kids each gotbiscuits and gravy, one white gravy one chocolate gravy, (not sure why on a horribly hot day, but kids are kids) the hubby and Iboth got the Smokey & Bacon with spicy fries. We decided to take the kids and go to the house to eat in the ac and the smell ofthe food was overtaking all the way home lol! We had good size portions in everything we ordered. The kids loved their biscuitsand gravy, and the burgers were absolutely amazing!!! I?m sad that we just now tried it, we?ve been missing out for so long!!!!Kristy and the staff are all very friendly people and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good southern food!
