Eating area was filthy. Food and trash on the floor, sticky tables. Ordered cheeses burger combo. The fries were extremely over... cooked. The cheese burger was typical of something you would get from a gas station. The only thing A&W like was theadvertisements. Read more

Trash system. Edit: the problem is not the staff. The problem is the lack of staffing by the owner. There was one woman running... to make food and serve it as quickly as possible. There was no one to take your order (by design), only a screen that was nearimpossible to navigate quickly. The owner did not pass on the savings in staffing to the customer. The combos were all over$10-14 for standard fast food. On top of that, I waited more than 25 minutes after I ordered to receive my food because of thelack of staff.
