Big Disapoinment! Wanted to try the new Italian burger with a big crispy slice of breaded mozzarella & the garlic fries. Burger... was tasteless, even the marinara sauce. Bun was the best part. Fries, greasy & soft, garlic seasoning mainly clung to thecontainer they shook up in. My diet coke should at least be reliably refreshing, sadly, it tasted like brown-tinted well water!No flavor, no fizz. All awful and a complete waste of my money $12.08 and time. No receipt given. Tried to call but ph. numberis not working. Went online to customer care, got tired of being on hold after 5+ minutes, so I hung up. Wendy's you should dobetter. I won't be back. Read more

recieved two orders 5 dollar biggie's. One order had a hamburger pattie no toppings with two small fries. NO nuggets. Other a... chicken sandwich. Ordered both medium and they weren't even the 4 dollar specials and small. Order screwed up as usual. I triedcalling but it won't go through. Same Wendy's caught price gouging during hurricane Ian from AG office. I know because I talkedto them, AG office. I will stop the payment but put the manager on notice. Really bad tonight (September 26)... I am generally a fan of Wendy's, but tonight's visit was horrible. I ordered an Spicy... Asiago Chicken Sandwich...what I got was a undercooked, soggy, chicken-patty like sandwich. It was both terrible tasting andterrible looking; definitely NOT what I ordered. I called almost immediately when I saw this train wreck, but was told themanager was unavailable, still waiting on a call back... Everytime I come here for pickup the orders are never ready. It takes about 25 minutes for an order to get prepared. Also... everytime I arrive there is always a long line at the drive-thru and all the workers stand by the drive-thru area just chattingit up not acknowledging the customers at the registers. If there is a manager there you would never know by the way thislocation is being ran. Read more

My first time having the new Wendy's honey butter biscuits and I was excited about it! The biscuit was flaky and I substituted... croissants for my other two. I wish that they didn't burn the chicken for one but the prompt service made up for it. Thanks forserving us as breakfast was almost over. Read more
They messed up our order, when we said we wanted a chicken nuggets that was the first thing and then they refused to admit they... were wrong. They made us go around when there was a full drive in we were almost in the road. There menu lights were NOT on.They had no coffee. The man yelled at us, no senior discount. Read more
