I like the Waffle House sometimes.. the Waffle House is like McDonald's a hit or a big fat miss. They only have nasty american... cheese.. they would get more of are business with CHEDDAR because CHEDDAR is Better!!!!! However the place is clean I don'tlike how the severs don't wash or sanitize there hand like they should or cooks eating on the line where the food is prepared..this place is the worst for that stuff. Horrendous service. Did not acknowledge us or offer us food. Waited 30 minutes after watching them fulfill pickup orders and... they finally allowed us to order food. Another 20, people were being served well before us who came in after. We gave up andleft. Never returning Read more
I went in to place a to go order over 30 minutes ago. The girl told me I would get a text when ready. I thought it was strange... that I havent received a message that it was ready yet. When I went in to check I noticed this family who just finished eatingwho arrived after I placed my to go order. They were getting their check to pay. She tells me she just put in my togo orderbecause there were alot of people ahead of me who were dining in and their orders were first. That is really not right at all. I ordered the the sausage egg cheese and hash brown bowl the eggs were cooked that sausage was cooked the eggs are cooked but my... hash browns were cooked on the outside nice and crispy but the whole center was just gross I only ate the outside that wascooked and I sat there and I watched how the guy cooked it. I was going to say something but they cook right there in front ofyou and I was just tired it was early in the morning I just wanted to get home. But I know one thing if I order this meal againI'm going to make sure that the center of the hash browns are cooked. Read more

They were swamped with customers but had a table for us right away. Excellent service. Our waitress was a delightful young lady... named Renee. She was fantastic. I got one of the grits bowls and it was sheer perfection. The portions were great and I got sofull I could barely finish. I would highly recommend This specific Waffle House. Read more

This was the worst Waffle House ever. Server took my order wrong. When she brought our food, I explained to her what I ordered... and she decided to argue with me. She then stated I pointed at what I wanted. I advised her I was not pointing at anything as Iwanted a Texas Bacon Chicken Melt which I asked for two times. She continued to argue so I told her forget my order I didn'twant anything. My wife ordered a grits bowl, coffee and a side of toast. Her bill was $19.00. $3.00 for a side of toast,$3.00 for coffee that only got refilled once due to the oblivious servers inability to pay attention. The rest for a bowl ofgrits, with a scrambled egg and crumbled bacon. Compare to Bob Evans this morning. 2 full orders of Biscuits and gravy, homefries, one pancake, and toast for $18.48. Waffle House day are long gone. They are no longer affordable, quality lacks,portions are small and prices are out of touch. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans provide better quality, bigger portions, betterpricing and much better employees. Read more
