Hit the drivethru for breakfast at 9:30 when no one was around. I paid, got told to go to the parking lot to wait for it. Sat... there for 10 minutes waiting for the food. The day before, they said the fryers were broken. This place needs to do better. Read more
Showed up before they opened. The gentleman that took my order a couple minutes prior to 8 could not have been any more kind.... Will be back just because of the customer service-update. Have been to this location several times since my initial review. WhatI can only assume is the GM of this location has continued to provide customer service that surpasses Chick-fil-A. I wouldprefer to stop at this spot than any of their competitors down the road strictly based on the customer service. Read more
Be prepared to fully embrace technology...there is 0 Customer to Restaurant relations other than someone in back screaming your... name...and then hoping they got it "right". You practically have to beg for your cup if you order a meal with a beverage.Otherwise it's just throw food on a shelf and name yelling. Also - please have 2 bucks in your wallet to give to the homelessguy looking for a drink...its the least you can do...I mean crack ain't two bucks right? Read more
Around 10pm Wednesday night, I ordered the number 6, the chalupa supremes but with steak, and soft taco supreme instead of the... hard taco and this is what I got. I ate half of one cause I just got off work and was super hungry, but stopped halfway becauseit just is not good at all. Read more
The best in dumpster dinning. I used to like Taco Bell. I ordered a 3 taco meal. It was $10.00 and was awful. No ice in ice... machine and the soda was flat. The place stinks as well.. Don't eat here. Read more
Very disappointed! Spent $5.29 for Crunchwrap Supreme. Got home and found that the bottom layer was supposed to be beef, but had... to open it up and search for it. Almost no cheese. A couple pieces of tomato. You could see the lettuce with no problem. Irealize that times are tough and prices are crazy BUT I'd still like to feel that I got what I paid for! Results of Covid-19 I guess and no guests eating inside for so long. Dirty tables, floors and drink station nasty. Attention to... small details regardless of time is important for a business regardless of size. Thin staff working which would be expected onSaturday afternoon. I have always been hesitant to try taco bell breakfast but I did anyway today. The ordering process was simple but I ran into a... problem. I ordered a coffee and the coffee machine was down. I didn't get the managers name but the gentleman upgraded my drinksize apologized and made sure I was taken care of. The food may have taken a few extra minutes to come out but when the food isfresh I'll take a hot hash brown and those absolute mouth watering warm cinnabon treats and the reason for the five stars. Theservice.....everyone is still going through delivery issues but this store maintained professionalism throughout and took careof me with a manager and one fabulous employee.
