This place is usually spot on but not today. The guy that took my order had a stink attitude. I walked in and greeted everyone,... but he just side eyed me. Anyways, I got my order and I was sitting there talking with a friend, the music got louder andlouder. When we turned around to look up, he gave a smirk and turned it up again. Stood there for 20 minutes after I ordered. Seemed like mass confusion. Tons of people moving around with little output, saw... drinks getting dumped. Left after paying, that drink can sit there all day. Worst Starbucks service I've ever had. Taking onmore volume than they can handle. Mostly mobile orders but put a face to an order right there and you're screwed. Drive thruline moved mote quickly lol. Read more
I was actually shocked to see all these bad reviews. This location is in a busy spot and always packed so wait times are... expected obviously. Despite that, I?ve never had my order wrong. This morning all of the ladies working were very nice, and youcould see the drive through line wrapped around, the counter piled with mobile orders, and a customer yelling about their drink.Just wanted to say good job to them and my drink was amazing today! I?ll never visit this location again. I was on my lunch and there was a long line for the drive through which was fine. I was... finally next in-line and someone came and pulled In front of me. I called the location to simply ask like hey can someone pleasecome restore order to the line because that isn?t right. They suggested I ?just come inside?. I wasn?t expecting someone to comeout and like lift the car away but at least have consideration towards my frustration I?ve already waited and I have to get backto work. Instead I was hung up on. I asked for hot coffee, I received hot coffee. Place was clean, parking ample, and an easy in easy out location.
Haven't had a sip of these iced Chai drinks yet... why are they not filled to the top like they used to be. Love love love these... drinks, and I feel like the money I pay for these drinks should cover the cost to fill it to the top. Don?t go here. Just got my coffee after they handed me the wrong drink first (it was hot when I asked for iced). You can see how... pale it is from the pictures?I?ve ordered this twice at other locations this season and it?s noticeably lacking in flavor andcoffee...Pretty sure it?s just coconut milk with a dash of peppermint. Wait time was about 20 minutes in the drive through.Overall not worth it at all. Read more
Service was horrible! The girl on bar literally pulled out all of the stickers at once and shoved them onto the sticker printer... so that all of the drinks would come out out of order. My friend ordered a drink after me and it came out 20 minutes beforemine. It was the same drink. My drink was left unattended twice and worked on by two different barista?s before it was actuallydone, and it tasted like way more raspberry syrup than I asked for. The chick on bar had no sense of urgency at all, and wasworking as slow as an asthmatic turtle. I felt like I was gonna pass a kidney stone just watching there. I waited for 35 minutes???? Read more
